This is not about beating Bloodstained, but all about making sure Shenmue III has as big as a budget as possible, with as many stretchgoals reached as possible. Sure, 10 million will likely won't happen at this point, but every dollar extra is going to give us a better Shenmue III.

It seems like all the Chai figures will be on GAF's hands; if we play this smart we can make nice bank. After all of us gets our Chais, we need to slowly release them out in the field, and sell the (apparently) rarest capsule toy for a pretty mint.

If he needs to kickstart Shenmue IV he should just have us do it. The fact he has to pay AJ for "running" the campaign with the job they've done so far pisses me off.

It's crazy how well Bloodstained did in the last days of its campaign. 1.5 mil in the last 2 days is unreal. S3's last 2 days might not be quite as good but it is still on its way to surpassing Bloodstained.

It does include it though. They can't change tier descriptions, but it will include PS4 retail version. So upgrade away!

$100 tier also lets you choose ps4 physical. Anything higher than $60 will let you choose either PC or PS4.

That's because physical PS4 was confirmed later in the campaign. They can't change the text of a reward. If you select that, they'll send you a survey for a reward. All tiers higher than 60 will get to choose their version.

I honestly don't trust most Japanese developers to do a good PC port, particularly in a case like this where it's probably Suzuki's first PC-focused project. At the same time it seems like all the mods on PC would be great.

I honestly don't trust most Japanese developers to do a good PC port, particularly in a case like this where it's probably Suzuki's first PC-focused project. At the same time it seems like all the mods on PC would be great.

Cedric's team (the French shenmue fan co-producing S3) will be handling the PC version, while Sony is helping with the PS4 port. If you're a PC gamer mostly I'd go with that for the mods; I think it's in good hands.
