Great, so Shenmue 3 is cursed and now the whole of Tokyo is suffering for it? Typical Japanese manga plot I tell ya.

Rolling blackouts in Tokyo apparently.
Apparently there's a bunch of power plants along the coast that the typhoon is hitting. Wouldn't be surprised about brownouts honestly.

Are you seriously likely to have buyer's remorse of an additional $20 for Shenmue III. sometime in 2017?
I'm more worried about the remorse of not buying a capsule toy... must resist...

so, i don't know if i ever told you this, GAF

up until retiring a year or two back, my mom was a medical transcriptionist. for the last decade or so, she primarily worked for a hospital, but she did a lot of her part-time work from her home office, where she kept several external backup power supplies just to make sure she could keep working through a few hours of a storm if need be.

what i mean to say is: my elderly mom was more prepared for a part-time job than awesome japan was here. i just wanted to share that.

Heeeeey!

I bet red shirt guy straight up replaced the power supply and re-imaged the HDD during the break. Awesome Japan redeemed!

What's a Paypal?

What's a surge protector?

What's a UPS?

Awesome Japan.

This is already enough to employ a pretty size-able staff for two years. Has anybody heard anything yet of hirings/staff numbers?
