Favorite weapon is easily Beowulf from DMC3. The crunchy impacts are just SO NICE. Not to mention the broken repeatable flying kick.

Best pizza topping is olives, come at me bros! Fresh basil is ace too.

I've never played a DMC game (yeah I don't know how this happened either), so I had to peruse the weapon list and pick one... I'm out of my element here so my answer is weak compared to others. But....

What is your favorite weapon in the DMC franchise and why?
Artemis - because I named my cat Artemis. The gun also looks pretty damn cool and shoots lasers that rain down? Sounds handy.
(Yep...)

What is your favorite pizza topping?
Sun Dried Tomatoes - I'm a vegetarian but still love me some pizza, especially homemade. They really add to the flavor even on a non-veggie pizza.
 
1. Alastor - When I first played the original DMC I was getting wrecked in the first mission and then was proceeding to get one throughout the beginning of the second mission until I simply thought I had no chance and ran to the end of the hallway where I finally saw the Alastor cutscene. That cutscene itself was so badass coupled with Masami Ueda's impeccable score compounding the effect. And when I returned to gameplay I was pumped worth my new found weapon and began my retribution against the marionettes. But then shortly after I experienced Devil Trigger. From then on gaming was never the same.

2. Hot peppers - nothing complements the regular cheese and tomato pasty surface than some legitimate juicy hot peppers.
 
1. Agni and Rudra. Their boss fight was really fun and I liked their quirkiness. A shame they listened when Dante told them to shut up.
2. Pineapple. Hated by many, but some people know what's up. In love and in hate we unite as one and we must Never Surrender.
 
Favorite Weapon: Red Queen, such a cool and unique mechanic. Love the feel.

Pizza topping: Pepperoni of course!
 
1. This may be a crazy (or even crappy) pick, but the Aquila from DmC were fun/flashy in a game that was largely neither of those things. Any time I was using them was the highlight of my playthrough.

2. Best pizza is garbage plate pizza. (it's a Rochester NY thing) Meats, french fries, macaroni salad, various sauces... trust me. It's amazing!

My Favorite weapons have always been Alastor as well as Ebony and Ivory. I don't know why but it seems that every Devil May Cry I just love the combination of the two. I do try other weapons, but it just doesn't have that "cool" factor.

I do love however, the Red Queen.

As for Pizza topping..... Don't judge I am currently addicted to Costco Pizza, their Cheese and Pepperoni are the best. But the topping I will wait for, also fresh out of the oven is their Combo Pizza, which is topped with: Cheese, Pepperoni, Sausage, Green Pepper, Onion, Black Olives, and Mushrooms.

Rebellion DMC (remake) was my first devil may cry game i played and i just fell in love with the broadsword.

1- Nero's Red Queen and Devil Arm. Mostly the arm. Seriously how is grappling enemies with it andslamming them to the ground not awesome.

for the best weapon im gonna go with Cerberus from DMC 3 (ice nun-chucks. nuff said.)

Nero's arm (apparently called the Devil Bringer), I didn't play too much of 4, but when I tried it, it seemed like an interesting way to close of distance in battle.

My favorite DMC weapon is (are?) Ebony and Ivory because I love juggling enemies with them and their charge-up attack. I remember killing the final boss in DMC1 with a charge-up shot, which was pretty awesome.

My favorite pizza topping is olives! So delicious.
