Do you still have the original cooler? Can it go back on if so?

Nice setup- indeed very similar. How is the 7600x3d?

Much better than my 5600x. lol. I got a good deal at microcenter for a MB, RAM, CPU combo for $500. 7600X3D/9070 XT is better than 5600X/4080 per Time Spy. Probably just a better balanced system. So yeah....pretty happy with it.

I think just below enthusiast level, but this works well so far:

i7-14700k
32GB Corsair DDR5 @ 6000
NVIDIA 4080 FE (+1 GPU support bracket to hold this fatboi up)
Corsair Titan 360 AIO Cooling
4TB NVME Total
Corsair HX1500i PSU
32" ASUS Rog Swift OLED 4K + 27" ASUS Rog Swift 1440P
Lian Li 011 Dynamic White Case
Logitech Superlight Pro X mouse
Keychron Q5 Max Keyboard

People: How many threads do you need? 🤔

Pedro Motta Pedro Motta YES 😎

Look people, here we have a stock chomper in his natural habitat. If your wanna blame someone for GPU scarcity, do not blame Nvidia, but Mr. Motta and his 7 GPU Porn0Station. 😘
It's 8 GPU haha

Well, I had a wait time of about 2 months so the guys at renderboxes could get the GPUs for me, so someone was making it difficult haha.

Got some great parts from when the market was awesome. Still every game I'm into runs great.

Not planning to upgrade for the foreseeable future because I'm not a lemming.

RTX 3080
5800x3D
32 GB Ram
12TB NVME drives
140TB HDDs

16GB DDR4
1440p MSI Gsync monitor (that's the newest thing I bought)
2TB SSD Samsung 980

Most everything I throw at this still works so I don't need a $2000 GPU or $700 CPU.

AMD 5900x @4.6Ghz
Nvidia Asus TUF 3090
32gb DDR4 @3200mhz
250gb Samsung 980 PRO For OS
ASUS Prime X570-P Motherboard
1tb SSD for games.

I'm good for now :)

This thread should require that people posting their specs:
  1. Upload a screenshot of their system configuration using AIDA64 (or equivalent).
  2. A dated sticky note applied to their computer case that says "Hi, NeoGAF, it's me, [INSERT USERNAME]"--with clear line of sight into the internals.
  3. Any extravagant display claims should also be validated by way of a separate, or all-inclusive, photo.
Lots of master race liars. You can never be too sure.

No one stealing my specs.

My specs:
MSI Gaming X Trio 4090
Ryzen 7 9800x3d
32 GB G Skill Flare Ram 6000 speed CL 30
MSI Mag Tomahwk Wifi X670E
2 TB SSD, 1 TB SSD, 500GB SATA SSD
Noctua D-15 Chroma Black Cooler

Gonna update the case and go water cooling in the near future. Also the 9800x3d now kinda forces me to upgrade to a 1000w PSU.

How are your GPU thermals? Love the upright GPU but I've avoided those cases because supposedly some GPUs perform poorly depending on their heatpipe setup. Lian Li's page for the O11 Evo XL has a list of which ones perform best with IO facing up vs down or doesn't matter.

I have a laptop with a 1050ti, i7-7700hq and 16gb of ram.
That's right, you can all basically stop posting now.

I have a 6900XT and 5800x. Puts me in:
- top 10% of PC gamers
- top 50% of GAF PC gamers
- bottom 5% of GAF console gamers that also have a 5090, 9900x3D that is 'gathering dust'
