That it significantly changed the Zelda formula but keeps it enough to stay Zelda?

Those are the few things that I cared about going into this... It needed to be... DIFFERENT somehow, not just the same formula again in a different land, lets hope that happens!

I don't know if I will end up playing this or not, despite the fact that the first game I ever purchased with my own money was ALTTP and since a child I have been a huge Nintendo and Zelda fan... it's a pity that my opinion of Nintendo has been flushed in the last couple of years or so.

Basics of the review:

Story is basically just Zelda.
Gameplay and dungeons are a pretty big departure from normal.
Lots of items and upgrades.
Massive game (40 hours min), but needs more save points.
Dungeons start out "uninteresting"
No fishing.
Combat and items are much better than previous games.
Doesn't like bombs though.
Doesn't like dousing or stamina.
Some of the best dungeons in the series.
Looks good and bad (derp)
Most cinematic Zelda and beautiful music.
Complains about no voice acting.
Says "Zelda is showing grey hairs"?

I didn't watch the review, only listened to it, so lucky I can't remember the music used lol.

Not liking that there doesn't seem to be any towns other than Skyloft, and even Skyloft isn't that rich with personality. Same with the lack of diversity in areas you travel. Most else sounds great however.

I think this just proves how little thought goes into these reviews. At very least reviewers shouldn't mess up factual stuff even if its just a throw away line.
