You won't need to try hard; Harajuku alone is pretty ridiculous with CHAPTER & Kicks Lab. Atmos used to be in that neighborhood but they moved to Shibuya. Think of your NeoGAF fam while you're there!
tracky reminded me that I slept on the Kings Pride colorway of the Brons, and when I saw that RUVilla restocked in my size, I had to go for it. I thought they'd get slept on and I'd be able to cop for a discount, but obviously that didn't happen. I got absolutely thrashed this month =(

1. Grape V (Had the OG when I was a youngster, NOSTALGIA!)
2. Laney V (Always wanted a pair)
3. Fire Red III (My 06 pair was pretty beat up)
4. Joker III (Not on the radar at all, saw em in person at House of Hoops and was lucky to get a pair)
5. Wolf Grey Flyknit Chukka (Insane colorway)
6. Crimson III (Underrated IMO, but if it's a III I'm usually getting it, these will be great beaters)
7. Midnight Fog Flyknit Chukka
8. Navy multicolor Flyknit Lunar
9. Anthracite Rosherun Premium NRG (Was after these for a while, got them on a NDC restock)
10. Team red Rosherun
Royal 1's and Fear 3's would have easily made the list if I was able to get them.
For 2014 right now I'm most looking forward to the Air Max 98's actually. And hopefully more good Flyknit chukka colorways.

I check out specific people on NT and get salty because they magically get every QS, limited, etc. No one can have that much luck without dubious means or knowing the right people.

The first Janoski digiflorals are my top missed 2013 pickup, I forgot to reserve a pair and I ended up queuing for 45 minutes outside my local sneaker joint, for naught. The following digiflorals were ok and all, but the camo print on the first were plain unfuckwithable.
Oh honorable mention goes to the army camo Foams, but Nike's ruined the shape of the retro and they're overpriced anyway, so meh.

Staying at my girl's house and only have her laptop so it's hard to have all of these windows, etc.
I'm not sour though. I like the white ones more.
Congrats to everyone that got through. And I've seen folks post they'd trade these for Bred 1s. A lot of hype for those 1s right now. Besides the preludes, probably the most hyped release since the WTK.

Think I agree with you, these are kind of jekyll and hyde for me. Look great in some shots, and so so in others. Had a chance this morning, but changed my mind at the CC info page, didn't pull the trigger.

Congrats! I just got back from picking them up on 34th. Lighting in my room sucks but heres some pics. Compared them to the only other 5s I got this year. They look nice, I love the infrared color but I'm not the biggest fan of what they've done to the 5s shape over the years. The shoes look bulgy to me, similar to what theyve done to others, like the 6s and 7s. I'd much rather have the 1999 shape. Also, I really hope they dont give the black infrared 6s the icy sole next year.
I got all my sneaker pick ups except a couple this week nothing amazing but I like them. Missed almost everything when you start a week before the years end.
Jordan 3- fire red, love the 3.
Jordan 5 - fire red/black tongue, nice colorway.
fila - 96 grant hill, throwback to my grade school days.
heyday - supershift pink, neck breaker.
jordan 1 - gucci, the quality on these is really good.

Perhaps we can make it work better this year. To be honest I have more money this time around so I'd really be down to help for just shipping charges. I do it already for a few people living around me. Always liked the idea but we'd have to try to be a bit more connected, post more often and around the time of releases. Works out well for some people on NT, of course its often the case where it doesnt work because theyd rather resell for more.
But we're on gaf, lets make it work!

Do you check Ross Stores or anything like that for pickups? There's often some pretty tight stuff in those on the low.

I go to Ross and Marshall some times, but I haven't been there lately. I've seen people post some nice pickups from their local Ross and Marshall stores.
I heard stateside (possibly worldwide, as this store in France is getting em - http://instagram.com/p/ilPJ9Tj2Hw/) on the 16th of this month. Believable, seeing as the last MITA collab even dropped on the Newbalance.com site. I'm actually wearing them right now lol.
