I'm so so glad Microsoft got rid of the DRM restrictions.... I hope it's permanent. I can't help but feel they have something else awful (not probably not as bad) up their sleeve.
Even though this isn't one of my top 3 worst games BUT THIS GAME RIGHT HERE pissed me off too. It was a major disappointment to anyone that enjoyed the Stadium games. Everything we loved about the Stadium games are either missing or stripped down.
It was extremely tedious to play through for the same reasons you've mentioned (even with the receptionist blahing on about how to use the menu. YES, WE KNOW HOW TO PLAY, STOP TELLING US THESE THINGS.) One of the few games where I can use a cheat device and not feel a shred of guilt because all of the crap I had to deal with. I'm glad because nothing was worth it in the end. The trainer customization was still lacking despite unlocking everything. Never again.

I kept telling myself "some people are just pissed at the loss of the family sharing feature" but no, I keep reading and reading and I've slowly realized people really want DRM. They want Microsoft to control them, they want to lose their consumers rights. I... I just don't understand how these people function. Absolutely insane. I guess people like being part of the problem.

Yes please! I also want them to include the Master System versions of each portable game and even do a port of Triple Trouble in Master System format! (I've played a hack of Triple Trouble that's playable on the Master System. A bit visually glitchy on the areas where you can't normally see with the Game Gear's res but it was neat overall.
Yeah. I definitely needed a few days worth of a break. Even though I've still lurked, I was still in a much better mood.

Hahaha. I remember people telling me to buy this so I could play Pokemon DP online with randoms, and saying it was a good expansion to the game. These were the same people praising Secret Rings.

The Last of Us is the best new game I've played since Rayman Origins in 2011. Ya'll should play it. If can't afford $60 game, redbox it. Don't have a PS3, steal one.

My apathy for The Last of Us knows no bounds. I don't even know what the premise is, beyond "man and young girl go through post-apocalyptic world". What caused the apocalypse? Are there zombies? Were those guys who got shot in the face in the 2012 showing zombies? I don't know, but only because I don't really care! It's gonna sell gangbusters and get accolade after accolade without me, anyway.

The weirdest part is how she makes no facial expression at all during it. Whatever character she had in XIII has been sucked out by Toriyama long since.
Hey, so, now that I've had a chance to breathe post S2K6, I want to talk about The End of the World. All in all, here are the parts I found most awful:
EVERYTHING.
As Tails it was the fact that after using Omega's broken flight mechanics, I was unused to the fact that the character who had brought flight to the Sonic franchise has the worst flight mechanics in the entire game. Seriously, Knuckles, Rouge, and Omega all fly better than Tails. So his awful and loose controls caused me to die more than once making that last turn across the gap to the emerald. Also his section always put the safety orbs practically inside a black hole, guaranteeing death if you tried to get 'em.
Omega wasn't so bad aside from the ridiculous red black holes launching boxes at you repeatedly as you tried to fly.
Knuckles and Rouge's segments were terrible because the emerald was never easily located the first time, costing valuable lives in the search for it.
Shadow's was only bad because the homing attack is the worst thing that has ever happened to Sonic's moveset ever.
Amy Rose' was not bad.
SILVER THE FUCKING FUCKHOG was where things got retarded. His psychic powers have an absurd tendency to crap out one second before you land on your target. That goddamn climb up the retractable platforms is made worse by the inevitable death ball. Death balls showed up no less than two seconds after touching the safety orbs.
But you know why it was bull shit? Because there's a fucking black hole at the top of the tower, and it pulls you directly into some sand that is sinking sand. Mind you you won't have psychic juice when you get there, and even if you did, what would it matter because Silver can't use his psychic powers to move up apparently.
Oh man that spot was the worst.

Here's one song I really liked from PBR: Neon Colosseum. I have no idea if the roulette system in that colosseum was any good, but I remember just putting in a team of nothing but magikarps and laughed my butt off when the enemy team had mostly magikarps.

I woke up from a 4-hour nap and I feel awful for having slept that long. When Noi and I were watching the Lightning Returns footage last week, there were plenty of frowns to go around. One of them directed towards that very gif.
I'd play The Last of Us, but I still have to play the Uncharted games. And I still have to redo lots of shit in Ni no Kuni. >.>

It was such a damn kick to the face when you were about to complete the stupid thing, and then that stupid thing appears. Fucking bad level design. The game's filled with bad level design, but End of the World takes the cake.
And man, I wish I were more invested into Pokemon to completely get the BR post, but various people have told me that it's a damn awful game.

1- In Casino Night there are bars that offer you 10 points when you jump off of them, I always assumed these were chilli dogs. Assuming they are; how did Chilli dogs becoming Sonic's fav. food come up?
2- Am I the only one who can't control Super Sonic in Sonic 2? I can never really control him well enough to finish Wing Fortress, he always felt too fast for me.

I dunno. I usually felt like he was fine in Wing Fortress most of the time. Then again, I really like using Super Sonic in that game. Which version are you playing?

I hope they re-release Sonic 1 iOS/Sonic 2 iOS/Sonic 3 Complete digitally on consoles and handhelds one day. I kinda think so. I think they just want to know how bad Sonic games got for a while last decade. I think renewed interest in the series is a genuine good thing, regardless of the games that they're making threads about.
