I don't even know what to say about Jax vs Lin (although I am glad Lin is still alive, puts even more pressure on Gemma). And the less said about Jax's hammer wielding son, the better.
At least there was no pointless racism, so that's at least one positive. I don't expect Sutter to follow through with Gemma's fate, but it would be pretty sweet to have Juice do it and leave her to decompose on the side of the road.

She deserves worse, though. It might be a tall order but I won't be satisfied until she has to look Jax in the eye, tell him what she did, and face his fury.
Slide was locked back = last round from the magazine has been fired and the gun is empty. If you look during that scene you can see the slide is locked back and the front of the barrel is exposed between the end of the slide and the suppressor. I'm sure it's just a prop gun and it's just a TV show, but that's a pretty big thing to get wrong.

How likely is that to happen? I can see it coming out, Jax going after her but enforcer Nero taking the brunt of the fury while she escapes to live another day.
Sutter doesn't have the balls to kill her, especially not at the hands of Jax. I'd love for it to happen, it's the natural conclusion to her scheming ways, but I'm not expecting it with Sutter's track record.

See I don't know about Nero. He seems so fed up with all the killing and once he finds out that Gemma was the cause of this whole war with Lin, I don't see him defending her. She has WAY more blood on her hands than Tara's at this point.

Juice isn't going to shoot her. That would be a great twist, but it won't happen.
I get that, it was just absurd. Pulling that con in a wide open area? Then standing around for a boxing match? Then you've got SWAT and other police agencies allegedly trailing Lin except somehow simultaneously not close enough to witness what's happening, but acutely aware of the location and speeding in? Umm, what. That makes no sense.
It was simply a ridiculously unrealistic and contrived scenario, even for this show.

That's actually a good point. Could be that she leans on Nero for help, but he bails when it's revealed she killed Tara. Man, that would be pretty damn sweet. To see Gemma abandoned by everyone and her murderous son inching closer to snatching the life out of her.
It's nice to dream though.

I don't see any way Jax doesn't find out eventually that this is all Gemma's fault. It eventually has to reach that point since her damn machinations are basically driving this entire season. What I'd like to see, but it won't happen because of kids etc., is something terrible happening to Abel because of this. Then Jax killing Gemma because of it. That would be a sweet ending to the series.

I can already see Juice ringing Jax and telling him his got Gemma. They find out where Juice and Gemma are and Juice gets killed before he can talk.
I honestly think Gemma won't die I think a suitable punishment for her is to be ostracized from everyone when they find out all the shot she's done over the years.

After all the outs he's given Gemma, and all the plot lines he's had to write around to save her, I doubt Sutter can kill off his wife's character. He basically kneecapped the entire show for her.

I still enjoy watching the show, but I agree that this season has been pretty bad. It almost is like Sutter had a plan up until last season. He was gonna end it there, but then a truckload of money was dropped off at his door so he made one more season. Nothing in this season really makes sense after all the work that was done to get the club to the point it was at. Its way over-the-top, WTF-is-going-on-here level stuff.
I keep saying to my wife that Juice will be the last one alive. Kinda still looking to roll that way, haha
Oh, and they gotta stop having the Abel scenes. I dont expect kids to be amazing actors, but the scenes with that kid are straight-up cringe-worthy.

I think it could happen, honestly. This whole shitstorm Gemma started is going to get out of hand for Jax and the way he is shrugging off the looming threat of August Marks does not bode well for SAMCRO.
I think it's possible that Marks will retaliate by either kidnapping or killing Wendy and the kids.
Both the kids look pretty freaky.

Glad it's starting to go somewhere somewhat interesting with the cliffhanger. Obviously Gemma will survive since Sutter doesn't have the balls to do something that unexpected, but these first few episodes have been violence porn at its most pure, and I'm sick of it.
Why? Lin didn't really do anything wrong. He and his triad gang are at least operating like normal and were pulled into the shitstorm because Gemma decided to blame them for Tara's death. I really hope Jax doesn't get Marilyn Manson Nazi gang to off Lin and his guys. Shit at least Lin is honest about what he does and doesn't pull this double play bullshit.
I really hope Juice delivers Gemma to Jax and explains what she did. That would be fantastic to see, but it's clearly wishful thinking.
With all the bodies dropping in Charming, marshal law/lockdown would've been imposed by now I'd think.
Also, my prediction about Jury being the one that told the Chinese what Jax did is seeming far more likely.

Show is of couse not on level of first few seasons and season 7 is awful, but for last two episodes i feel like show's ramping up and i hope finale will be good, like in season 3.

Sutter's been sprinkling in little scenes of Jax being a decent human in these last few episodes, and they've been ramping up showing the club's effects on Abel, and I'm worried that these are indications that Sutter's going to pull some bullshit that Jax' final solution to everything is forgiveness for all. Including Gemma. Fuck that.

It doesn't make any sense, Gemma says its the Chinese and that's it, Jax just believes her even though Gemma has been dishonest before? She didn't even offer any proof! I mean if she had planted some evidence on the Chinese this would still be a little bit much but it would be better than her simply saying it was the Chinese and Jax believing that to be the truth.
Not to mention Jax has made zero effort in verifying Gemma's information, I mean its one thing for him to believe his own mother, its another for him to start a gang war based on that info. For example maybe Gemma was mistaken in what she saw, now obviously we know that's bullshit but I'm only speaking from Jax's perspective.

And let's not forget, SAMCRO are no stranger to having one of the member's wives killed by their own and others trying to cover up that fact.

So here is the deal... If you get a child actor that can't act for shit to play your main child, the one with storylines and dialogue and shit... And his best take of playing angry and hitting shit with a hammer is like the one in this episode.
