Can anyone tell me how Gemma's 'testimony' would help quash any deal between Lin and the DA? All she can say is she saw one or two Chinese dudes near Tara's house. Maybe she could ID someone if given photos, but it wouldn't prove shit. If the DA's willing to work with someone with drug and gun charges and actual evidence to back it up... a vague allegation of murder doesn't seem like much. I can't imagine the DA is naive and thinks Lin's crew has never been involved in violence or murder before.

juice will make a move of desperation and offer to help samcro somehow and save his own ass. But he won't snitch on Gemma. Gemma will hear that Jax did something with Juice and is letting him go free. She is going to get scared and assume juice told him and start grovelling for forgiveness basically admitting it herself when Jax never knew to begin with.

Book it.

HOPEFULLY not though, hope juice just snitches and jax hatches an elaborate scheme to mess her up.

Probably, but before going to Jax, she'll do something stupid and desperate with Nero or Unser.

i can't keep track of the alliances on this show

they seem to change at the drop of a hat

random cameo from glee chick who offers crazy ass gemma her car keys for some reason

another huge massacre of people

father of the year jax has his kids living out of a porn studio

just another DAYYYYY

AlphaSnake

...and that, kids, was the first time I sucked a dick for crack
My mom met Jimmy Smits today. She's a nursing home director and he came in looking for a place for his dad Cornellius.

She had no idea who he was until her staff told her LOL.

Haven't watched this episode yet, but after reading the last few posts I am seriously considering just sticking to online episode summaries and just watching the last episode to see it it truly is worse than Dexter's ending.

Too many other decent shows to watch.

Sutter is a hack

There is no way this show can end as badly as Dexter. The show has gotten more enjoyable the last couple of episodes, but I still feel like the extra long episodes are hurting more than helping since last season. Protecting Gemma makes no sense at all, since he knew she was trying to kill him and he was going to rat on Samcro to protect his own ass. I'd rather have Clay back in the show than have Gemma on it. Atleast Clay was entertaining.

I enjoy this show but I think the extended episodes hurt it, it just seems to drag on.

My God, this show is draaaaaaaagging its feet with the Gemma/Juice reveal. I can't believe they delayed it for another episode. Everything that's happening around it feels so pointless while this lie is still hanging in the air.

The problem with Juice telling Jax the truth about Tara, is that Jax has no reason to trust Juice. From Jax's perspective Juice isn't just any rat, he's someone who betrayed the club once and was allowed to live, then betrayed the club a second time. Not to mention that Juice has no real proof or anything to contradict Gemma's version of events, as far as I know Juice got rid of the murder weapon in the s6 finale, unless it turns out Juice managed to save key piece of evidence it'll be his word against Gemma's and considering how easily Jax believed her, Juice might be in troubel.

Why does SAMCRO even want to off August Marks? Because they pissed off Alvarez and the Nomads so they have to make amends? It's just one betrayal after another

Marks is trying to crush SAMCRO after they fought with Lin when he said not to. So now they are trying to get him first.

All it really takes is doubt. Jax starts questioning why it would be worth it for Lin to kill Tara. Start thinking about the old theory of Gemma conspiring with Clay to kill JT.

Juice may not be able to save himself by talking, but he can plant that seed of doubt.

I've stopped caring about alliances, characterization, and continuity. Sons has basically become Aeon Flux, every episode is basically a new continuity with new rules.

Jax will believe Juice when it becomes convenient to do so and not a minute before. If learning the truth now put a stop to the endless gang massacres that have comprised 90% of the last few episodes then he won't accept it until the final episode. Sutter wrote himself into a hole in which there's no meaningful conflict for the final season so there's no organic source of drama left, only contrivance.

I think Wendy somehow finds out about Gemma and tells Jax. There were little moments here and there for he last couple of episodes that suggested that there is still something between them. In the last ep Jax kissed her on the cheek, he never did that. And this ep Wendy just outright tells Bobby that she still loves Jax. These moments could lead to 2 things in my opinion:
1) Wendy finds out about Gemma and tells Jax about it and they get back together.
2) They just get back together.

I could definitely see them going with an ending where Jax is back with Wendy and she is on heroin again. The old "end up right back where you started" ending. I feel like overall the show will go with something that portrays Jax as having become the next Clay and Abel the next Jax.

Of course they like to remind us that this is supposed to be biker Hamlet, so it's possible he somehow gets killed by Juice or whoever is supposed to be Laertes.

Ignoring all the ridiculousness I'm actually pretty hyped for the next episode. I feel like we're close to getting the payoff but I'm positive Gemma will snake her way out. Hope not though. Also want to see what Juice does.

This season is the worst so far. All the things that have gone down is so unrealistic and is eye rolling. This show used to be so good.

I just watched Laying Pipe again from last season.

Man, it all went to shit in that episode. :(

Really that is when they show felt like it fell off in quality. I can't tell if it was Opie dying, Clay dying, or the longer episodes that caused it. Maybe a combination of all 3.

The show should basically have started ramping up to end when Opie died. In a way it did, but like everything Sutter had to draw it out as much as he could.

Basically the shock ending to last season with Tara being killed wasn't worth a flaccid final season that isn't really going anywhere for these first few episodes. Sutter doesn't need these 90 minute timeslots he keeps getting and he didn't need an entire additional season to tell the finale he seems to want to tell.

I'm almost positive that he'll tell Jax only for to turn around and start beating him for saying anything to try and stop them from killing him.

The idea will linger though and he'll slowly start to piece it together and confront her in the final episode, but after he fights his way through the end of level boss - Nero.

New episode tonight:
Greensleeves

Samcro makes an unlikely partnership in order to undermine a powerful club enemy.

Another 90-minute installment this evening.

And another synopsis that says absolutely nothing and sounds like the episodes we've already seen haha
If I remember, at the end of the season I want to post all thirteen and see if they actually indicate anything about what happened this season.

Here's S6:
As Jax continues to push the club into more legitimate businesses he can’t escape the sins of SAMCRO’s past.
Jax deals with collateral damage as external pressure continue to stack up against SAMCRO.
Jax secures a new alliance for the club while Clay makes moves inside for protection.
An attack at the compound leads the guys to seek revenge.
The club is forced to make an uneasy alliance with unforeseen consequences.
Jax and the MC must confront their past and choose their future.
Triggers are pulled that strengthen the MC, but also threaten to destroy it.
Pressure mounts on Jax as the sins of his club and family pull him in different directions.
Jax learns new secrets that turn his world sideways.
Jax looks to push the club forward, but the Irish put another obstacle in his way.
Tension arises when the club makes a bold move to finally get out of the gun business.
Jax's world is suddenly turned upside down.
Jax's choices put his club and family in jeopardy.
Aside from mentions of Clay, the Irish, and the gun business, they really could be describing any episode.

This has been a terrible season. I only hold out hope that there's eventually some good moments/catharsis when viewed from afar. This week definitely has huge potential with finally bringing the Juice storyline to a head, but we'll see if instead they use 90% of it on random gang violence.

Sons of Anarchy prediction for tonight:

Jax leads one gang into another gang's ambush, agrees to set up a meet for all the gang leaders in a warehouse, only to lead the cops there. Then he blows it up.

Zoom in on Jax as he pulls out a carrot and munches on it.

"Ain't I a stinker?" He giggles as the Looney Tunes theme plays.

I'd watch this. Hunnam would own that line.

Tig would be Daffy in this adaptation. Here's Tig watching his daughter burn to death.

This show's drop in quality has hit me harder than Dexter's. At least with the latter show it was right off a cliff and stayed there. SOA was gradual with a few blips of hopeful upswing, but this season has been contrived garbage for the most part.

Do you think they will drag out Juice telling Jax through another episode? Are we supposed to care about Gemma ? What was up with that scene with the waitress?

I thought it was a too little, too late effort to make Gemma seem like an actual human.

Why should the audience care though after all the fucked up shit she did? They've made Jax an unlikeable majn character too. Jax used to have good in him and now he is just as bad as any other character killing innocents left and right this season. The only half decent people left on the show are Chucky and Unser.

That's why I said "too little, too late."

I think I eve said earlier in this thread how badly this show needs Opie. They killed Opie and Tara and lost anyone with an actual moral compass, so now instead of "biker tries to make good by his dead father by righting the club he loved" it's "biker murders people, then a montage." Even Bobby Elvis was kind of a moral person there for a while and they just threw that out completely in favor of him just standing in the background while Jax acts like a remorseless animal.
