I think they do. I know there was one for the PS4 and Xbone reveal this year. And they were awesome.

Man of Steel first! If I had tickets, I would definitely go to that. You can watch the conference later. Though, the fun part of the conference is watching it while being on GAF to witness all of the hype / meltdowns.

gaf always crumbles after a few minutes, at least with the big 3 conferences/announcements.

Does anyone know how Sony usually handles pre-orders on their own store, if at all? I have a ton of Sony Rewards points I'm going to want to use on a PS4 purchase that should bring the cost waaaay down, but my options for ordering are obviously limited to the Sony Store and the Rewards Store.

Sony has the momentum. They have nothing to fear by announcing a price. Even though I want $349, it'll most likely be $399 for the lowest sku. Because Microsoft is going before Sony, they'll probably hold back their price.

honestly sony announcing a price may be a good strategy. but it depends how low they will go before microsoft's 2500 employee drops their jaw to the ground

I know the games are going to be great, but the PlayStation 4 itself is one of the things I'm most looking forward to seeing.
