When is the splatfest starting in Europe?

Its hard to find info on this because they had a Splatfest Premiere that keeps popping up in search results, but in Europe it seems to be 4PM but I don't have an exact timezone.

I know for sure that it starts at 3PM BST here in the UK. Running straight through to 3PM the next day.

As a game about human-squid hybrids I actually expected a bit more of those.

If we can collectively get the community to at least be thematically correct (Splatoon themed) then I'm sure people wouldn't care half as much.

It's weird because the flow of the battle can change easily if people work together. Like there's been times where I've been losing badly for the vast majority of the fight but came back to win because of actual teamwork.

Somebody has to defend the home turf....

Somebody has to infiltrate the enemy's turf and cover as much of their turf as possible in the last 30-45 seconds of the match.

The remaining two people have to fight for the center.

I usually defend the home turf then sneak off to infiltrate the enemy's turf.

But sometimes you just gotta hang back and fight for the center.

That's weird, he should be able to join after you make a lobby. ZL will open the room up to search for randoms to fill the remaining spots.

I really hope they add more maps soon. So many of the Splatoon 2 maps feel so samey.

I miss Arowana Mall, Blackbelly Skatepark, Saltspray Rig, Walleye Warehouse, Kelp Dome...

There was so much variety in maps that felt unique in Splatoon 1, where most of Splatoon 2's maps are just blocky walls and boxes in different layouts.
