If i am right Splatoon 1 got more songs with updates added from time to time. Should be the same case for 2.

Never played Splatoon 1 so I wouldn't know unfortunately. I did up the sensitivity to (I believe) 5 and I found that was my sweet spot.

Got Splatoon 2 and am enjoying it! Muscle memory is hard, I keep looking down to see my non-existent map. So far Salmon Run is great, though I'm terrible at Chargers. Not feeling Hero Mode at all since painting is so slow. Turf war is great as always

Yeah, the original game only had music from one band (Squid Squad), before adding two more shortly after launch.

Painting the map should be your #1 priority in turfwar. However, shooting other players is important as it takes away a possible spawn point for his teammates and (the obvious) gives you a clear to paint the area.

I assume you unlock the Hero weapons in multiplayer if you beat every level with them.

If you complete all levels with a same hero weapon u unlock the online version. Altho with that

you have to wait till it's updated in game as a weapon for online play. Rest can be unlocked already, not just that one weapon i mentioned for online play yet.

Lol, sucks to be on the receiving end. It's more effective for covering turf than for splatting though. It's the crazy speed combined with a wide spray pattern that makes it great for laying down ink. You can rack up kills too of course, but it can be easily out ranged or nullified. Knowing your distance with each weapon key.

If you can get in close though, it's pretty deadly.

Plus the rest of the kit is very good.

I ranked up to Go Getter, and was almost to the next level... when a massive losing streak hit. Now I'm barely hanging on to Part Timer. That boss with the bomb head seems way tougher than the rest. And I'm not sure if I was just lucky ranking up, or unlucky ranking down. Considering I still can't aim for shit...

This game is so good! I'm terrible at it, my win rate is like 26-24, but I'm loving it. The only downside for me is that I left my Switch AC adapter at a hotel earlier this week so I can only play on the handheld and this game drains the battery like nobody's business. Waiting on my Switch to recharge so I can dive back in.

You don't control altitude. The jetpack stays the same distance off the ground the whole time. So when you fly over a ledge or something you lose altitude.

You can battle with your friends right away. It's in the multiplayer options once you enter the tower.
