I like it a lot, but many people find it boring.
Watch the first five eps and see if it grabs you.
The rest of the show is basically more of that same style of thing, divided into story arcs (there's not one big story). After episode five, the cast switches to the main pirate ship crew instead of the yacht club for a while, but yacht club comes back later.

Tight Rope ova 1
Underworld mob boss background plot served pretty well as a background even if it wasn't explored much here beyond inheritance and fist fights. Interactions between the two were interesting and paced well. I like how unlike other bl-anime time isnt wasted so much on a main character who is conflicted with feelings of trying to not admit they are in love. Though I can only imagine that is because they were trying to do much with the OVA to cover much of the source material? It was kind of nice and touching. Nao > Ryu due to cooler design and level headed.
Oh and also that

Man, once again I'm surprised at how some of these visuals are so simplistic and yet so effective at what they're trying to convey. A shame some of them tend to overstay their welcome.

it seems like Freecell and his gang are nowhere near the top of the list of bad guys this season, and we still haven't solved the mystery of what the hell happened to him as a kid
Well my impression doesn't say anything much so it isn't really awkward.
It is when all I had to say would have pretty much repeated you word for word. That's why I've pretty much stopped writing impressions for most shows currently airing; I'd just be repeating the same sentiments as everyone else. It also feels awkward to post impressions for such an underviewed show immediately after someone else did.
I don't mean that as a shot against you or anyone else, it's just what I see as the truth.
Pretty much the same things you'll see posted from GAFfers on gaming side who don't like western games. Guns, blood, gore, bald space marines, ugly character designs, etc. The stereotypes associated with big-budget heavily advertised action/shooting games.
It's nice to see different people weigh in even if they both are of the same opinion, don't let it discourage you from posting!

I should have guessed that Orpheus Order
. That makes everything over the slide game sound pretty reasonable. Suspenseful, dramatic, and fun, was an excellent episode.
And as people said, beach episode will be awesome. Hot bath last season and now a beach one.

The mystery was lighthearted but interesting enough to not be bored. It felt like a lighter version of a typical Detective Conan mystery, but something that my brain can actually figure out because it ain't some crazy pulley contraption.
And for better or worse, the super slow and 'boring' nature of the show does allow you to appreciate all the little things that happen, from background details to the microexpressions and gestures of the cast.

Kind of funny that this was actually animated, I thought it was interesting, I can't recall anyone actually ever being attracted to the female characters who can hold their liquor and food, ie, Cana in Fairy Tail, Lady Tsunade in Naruto, no one in Bleach.
