The second watch will be pretty eye-opening. I appreciated things a lot more on it. The series clicked 100% after. First watch was still great.

That's pretty great, though the only things I know about Doraemon are some references in modern shows and that it's one of the most popular things in Japan.

I actually like readin impressions of shows from other people even if I've never watched the show. Sometimes it makes me aware of anime I would have never tried before. Maybe one of these days after the 1000th precure episode impressions are posted I will watch it

I have to admit Kana Asumi's voice in that video is heart-stoppingly cute.
Never really enjoyed the ending myself. Really thought Champloo was one of those shows where the journey was far more important than the destination.
You just can't beat Mai x Reo. I don't even care if Reo is a fairly obvious tsundere character type.
Think.......Kangoku Senkan/Taimanin Asagi with slightly less blurred, incoherent scenes but similar silly faces.
Despite it not being a female VA, if Norio Wakamoto doesn't deserve a mention for amazing voice roles, I don't know who does. Jouji Nakata as well.
Cajun's list is sorely lacking some of dat Maaya Sakamoto and Yu freakin' Kobayashi. I'm afraid I have to seriously question its validity.

Wakamoto or Nakata need no mentioning because everyone knows they're great at anything they do, though obviously Chiyo-chan's dad is Wakamoto's greatest role.
I don't know though; for me it's tied between Chiyo's dad and Onsokmaru from 2x2 Shinobuden.
Edit: Actually, it's no contest. Onsokumaru is just brilliant. He makes the entire show. Undermentioned gem of a series.
I dunno, the best of Wakamoto that I've ever heard was the suit AI thing in Crysis.
