this episode wasn't even about the foodgasms, every time Nikumi or whatever came up on screen they made damn sure to focus on her bouncy boobs, and that opening scene which was just her putting on bras.........

Yeah, that will persist through the series. While the foodgasm will take a backseat, there will be huge focus on voluptuous girls throughout the Manga..

Best crossover.
CFKEspLUsAAz7XW.jpg:large

Also I like how the seraph of the end author will be favorite peoples arts in the 60min draw tags.

The ecchi stuff gets toned down. I don't remember when, but the foodgasms kinda switch from "I'm orgasming because this food is so good!" to more ridiculous and less ecchi stuff, like everyone eating the food turning into a Magical Girl squad (seriously). I think manga-wise it's been a while since someones clothes exploded off.

Was only 3 chapters ago when two people got their clothes stripped.

1 and a half if you count the special with the Jump heroines.

Sometime after the Nikumi battle. Definitely by the time they're at the resort. Doujima has some of the best reactions.

Nah, you've just gotten immune to them. It's much rarer, but it just happened during the Stagiaire arc.

Ascot is terrible at taking care of his friends. Took him awhile to figure that out. Why are the Rune-gods giant robots anyway? The awesome factor? Ferio gets more screen-time, Fuu remains smart, and Umi gets most of the best scenes. Emeraude sure has a lot of freedom in helping the Magic Knights.

Hibiki's become so close with ghosts that I don't think she can go back to normal. It's for the best. Even Narumi is getting used to it.

High School DxD BorN 07

I like that Asia isn't going to stand for this. That scene with the miko outfits, though. That... was something.

UBW 19

Shiro really has become his old man. He approached it from the opposite direction, but they really are quite alike. The only difference is that he has a chance to change himself.

Plastic Memories 07

Really heartwarming.

All this talk of "the dream" is starting to remind me of Link's Awakening, oddly enough.

Even as a kid, Yuichi was a smartass. She finally tells him her name, and immediately after he calls her Ayu Ayu. lol

Oh shit. Uguu...

Fireworks in the house? Seriously?

ibqHZNwFOUC95N.gif

Makoto sure has a lot of tissues lying on the floor of her room. Are we sure she didn't actually buy the porn last episode?

Isn't Yuichi cutting it kind of close for the movie?

I think I'm gonna start calling Shiori Stalker-chan.

lol

Nice, tying in the meeting with Ayu and the conversation with Stalker-chan.

ibmr3f15kDcvQS.jpg

Hmm, starting to wonder what Ayu's relationship with her father is like.

Can't tell if I should take Mai at face value, or if she's actually a...ugh...chuuni.

So fireworks in the house are fine, but wasting food is where the landlady draws the line. Okay.

The rest of the story. I knew going in that it was a prequel to a manga I haven't read and am probably not going to read, but as far as yuri series go - and I can't see this as anything but, Kagura and Yomi confessed to each other in their final fight - this was one of the more tragic ones I've ever seen. Kagura has grown, but at a great, personal cost. The magical politics and family drama wasn't terribly overblown, and it's one of the more vicious series I've seen lately. So much blood. I liked the OP, but man does it sound a lot like Qwaser's first OP melodically.

I'm going to keep up this pace and move onto another girl-centered action series, but with a more comedic bent. Time to be carried on the wind to Tsukikage Ran

Izumi, Midorikawa, and Yoneyan delivering the best action. Izumi's asteroid is really the best especially how he combines it and use its various other skills. Mikumo needs to level up to reach him soon, I hope.

I wish we got Yuma v Mr. Viza in just one or two episodes instead of being scattered in four episodes and still going.

Still very cute, but that damn foreshadowing from the kids book at the end. Weird things are starting to go on as well. I guess now is when the "weird" stuff starts to happen, lol. Poor dude needs to hook up with his bosses daughter, Yumi.

I remember watching Kanon when I was in high school after seeing the images on the previous page. Holy hell, there's a ton of anime I've watched that I have no memory of. One of them is Abenobashi and I don't even remember the plot to that show. Another one is this chick with multiple personalities tied to her hair or something, heard the manga was wayyyy better so I have that on lock for now.

Seraph of the End 7

The amount of cliches this series has is amazing. Anyways it was a alright episode, nothing that great.

The coloring and animation is actually better than average lol, plus vampires and shit.

"Too many girls in my harem, come back next season"

My favorite part in this episode was that scene where Hikki chases Iroha down and she eventually lets him carry the bag. Their relationship has really advanced from when they first met. Hikki basically turns on "big brother" mode when it comes to girls younger than him and starts behaving like he does with Komachi. Maybe thats why he gets along with them really well. Loved Iroha's reaction when he said he doesn't mind younger girls. That brief moment when her heart went dokidoki immediately followed by her 4th rejection.

This event is going to be a disaster. Only a week left and they still haven't decided on anything. I love the meetings though, they're hilarious. Orimoto is such a "yes man", and SORE ARU makes me crack up everytime. The next episode preview was hysterical. It also looks like she learned a lesson or two as she didn't shit all over Hikki in front Iroha like she did with others few episodes ago.

Whats funny is that Hikki basically became the student council president and no one seems to mind it one bit. He's great at leading and he should do it more often.

I loved the piano rendition of the OP during the last scene with Yukino, as well as the slower version of the ED. I was kind of confused by that scene however. Yukino pretty much gave Hikki an out, so why did he look so shocked and upset? Is it cause if he goes back to the club now, it wont be out of obligation but because he genuinely wants to go, hence him admitting outwardly that he cares about those 2? Feels like the scene was supposed to be sad where to me feels more hopeful.

I hate seeing Yui sad :(

That first episode.

Has any other series done the same thing?

FS/N UBW - 19

Fans of matou shinji ??? Lol ..it's been a week and i'm still laughing at this joke.

Anyway .. there was quite a bit of talking in this episode !!

Mark on the calendar for next episode is checked... Please explose your budget next week.

Cardfight!! Vanguard G Episode 22 (engDub)
CFLdM8hWEAAlWzH.png

Wow Kamui trying to get Chrono back into cardfight was really sad, him begging him even and running out the store :(

Chrono did have fun in the duel and got best deck. Though
no way Gear Chronical could ever take down a Link Joker deck by this psuedo Toshiki Kai (the opponent reminds me of Kai in everything he does)

Cardcaptor Sakura - 13

And now we add Power to Sakura's ever-growing deck of Clow Cards.

Man, with all these strong cards she's been getting I'm beginning to wonder how she's going to use them in an actual fight. Surely there must be a villain or two for her to fight in this show later down the line. It doesn't look like one is going to show up soon though, which makes me wonder just how many powerful cards she's going to have by the time one does show up!

Caldina didn't last too long. If she had more conviction she could've won easily. She and Ascot can't be too bad. Hikaru is hardcore to bleed that much. Fuu gets jelly easily. She's certainly the most pragmatic of the trio. Nice touch with the swords. Hikaru is once again hardcore, and her sword doesn't joke around. Thought Lafarga would be around a while longer. I suppose being set on fire has a way of clearing your mind.

Seraph of the end - 07

Ah seeing the team freshly formed takes me back .

Not much to say about this episode , it's felt generic but also necessary in order to move on ...

Really ..i want to say something else about this ep , but nothing comes to mind, as i can't make guesses as i know how this arc ends.
I'll console myself by acknowledging the paithfully adaptation of the manga, here.

If I'm reading the scene right (and I'm not sure that I am), then Hachiman looked at this "out" as a sugar-coated rejection.

Blood Blockade Battlefront 7

oHCGM2K.jpg

One of the happiest family photos I've seen in anime.

While this episode wasn't the best it was still good. It definitely laid down some groundwork for the last 2 episodes of the anime if they are truly gonna be focusing on the anime original content. The fact we found out that White's brother Black is somehow One of the Thirteen King is great. So this could possibly mean that White had actually died but somehow her brother made a pact with the devil, which lead him to becoming infused with the Thirteen King. Which could also explain why White said she was a Ghost in the second episode because she was originally dead. Also considering this episode talked about Halloween and we see creatures in costumes in episode 1, this clearly shows some foreshadowing. Something big will go down during the last 2 episodes from my guess. I have to say this anime original content from Bones is actually good. It's a great thing that the Script Writer is new to Bones and did a lot of work for Live Adaptions like the Liar Game.

1bP9ubI.jpg

Truly a man with limitless strength.

As for the other part of the episode, it was great as well. We have Zapp being the one who gets kidnapped rather than Leo. Seeing Zapp's reaction faces were such a delight. The real highlight was seeing Klaus unlimited strength. That punch he did was a real knocker as it literally blew the Blood Breed's head off. Also what had happened at the end where Klaus gets knocked back was that the Blood Breed just had left without being noticed because he isn't the type to cause havoc. The reason I say this is because during the middle of the episode, one of the contestant talks to Leo about the joy of having a barehanded one on one fight without any unnecessary cheating and that this was a great place for it. Which leads to the reason that the Blood Breed Owner just loved barehanded one on one fighting which is why he created this underground club. He wasn't really the type to cause havoc like the vampires from episode 4 which is why he left and the reason why it cut to Klaus getting knocked back. I mean you could see from his reaction that he loved fighting.

bChOAqB.jpg

Drooling has never been so cute.

While this episode may have seemed not that much, it definitely had lots of significant information. It's just that it didn't straight up tell you through exposition. The OST was wonderful 10/10 and the background art was great.

Yui is so transparent lol, I love this show. Kinda sucks Hikigaya is struggling for an answer even though this is part of life, sometimes you won't find an answer and things won't return to the way they used to be. The only way I see this getting fixed is Hikigaya pretty much crying his heart out and saying what HE wants, not doing what others want.

I hope Iroha wins

Iroha is the best girl.

I see it as more of a ultimatum to Hikki saying that he doesn't need to make excuses of not wanting to go to the club which I think is figuratively their friendship.

I wouldn't call it as him being given an "out" as much as Yuki just saying in her own way that he needs to decide if his heart is in it as a club member or just for himself. She calls him out on being selfish by always doing everything his own way, just like what he is doing now. He never checked with how the other two felt about the situation, but he thought he was (yet again) doing things the right way to protect Yuki from the Student Council stuff. He and Yui both know that they never even asked Yuki about her true feelings on the elections and still continue to operate without considering what her true feelings are. So for "sugar coated" yeah, she didn't rip him a new a'hole, however, she is/was hurt, yet again, and wants him to decide if the club can continue the as it is now.

Ultinately, you feel bad for her because neither of them Yuki, Hiki or even Yui have any clue how to be open and honest about their emotions and until they do, they will to butt heads and get hurt. Hiki needs to step up and take another step forward in his growth.

Oh man, you're almost to the turning point when all these random thoughts start making sense, well, try to make sense at least. They do a great job of making it all murky, so you are not sure what to really expect from each character. Yuichi is fun, Makoto is cute, Ayu's cute, Mai is brilliant, Shiori cute but clingy, and Auntie is the bestest! Man, the following episodes get better and better as thus all plays out. Stay strong.

I hate this movie so much because of that ending.

It's weird because I both hate it and like it at the same time. Yeah, it shits on the ending of the original show, but at the same time... I don't know, it's actually pretty good. I have never felt so split about how I feel about a story in my life.

If I'm reading the scene right (and I'm not sure that I am), then Hachiman looked at this "out" as a sugar-coated rejection.

Rejection romantically? Or like a friend. Like, he's not needed in the club anymore.

Yui is so transparent lol, I love this show. Kinda sucks Hikigaya is struggling for an answer even though this is part of life, sometimes you won't find an answer and things won't return to the way they used to be. Iroha is the best girl.

Hachiman crying would be so out of character. I feel like he has too much pride for that.

I see it as more of a ultimatum to Hikki saying that he doesn't need to make excuses of not wanting to go to the club which I think is figuratively their friendship.

This sounds good too. The club is pretty much the only thing holding these 3 together.

Go back to the club Hachiman and tell em how you feel!

Best thing in the series

Yup. Rebellion blew me away. Now I'm gonna YouTube the Madoka soundtrack until I fall asleep.

Well played. It was obvious but still well played.
The Miranda episode is just outstanding. Couldn't stop laughing while Miranda was in her own delusions and how those lead her to beat up Kon. Also Kon singing the OP was great.
