Very unusual. A lot of times when a series has an Animax dub and no other English dub, North American companies opt to release the title sub-only. I guess Sunrise thinks differently.

I'm not going to read the Boruto manga or anything, but the movie was neat because it had really wild action animation and Naruto being a bad dad.

Half woman, half beast with yellow eyes and she can kick ass without giving two fucks. It's an original Mumei with a sword, lol. Seriously though, that got pretty dark really quick, but it was a pretty good intro. I just hope that MC grows up really quickly because he was a turd in this episode.

The segment reused from the 2012 ONAs sticks out like a sore thumb, both because it has considerably more visual energy than the rest of the episode and because it has nothing to do with the rest of the episode and does not further Kurama's characterization in any way. The new segment added at the end has to do an awkward job of trying to connect it a little with the larger plot. Interestingly, the 2012 segment was storyboarded by Hiroshi Kobayashi, currently directing Kiznaiver, while the new material was storyboarded by staple Toei director Hiroyuki Kakudou. You can definitely see a gap in their respective skills; Kakudou's segments feel a lot more haphazard with its framing, the conversation between Koto and Kurama standing out poorly for seemingly throwing around camera angles at random.

i'm not spending 500 on a blu ray series. If it was at an acceptable price I'd consider it.
That's the import. The domestic is around $150 per set (and the first set went out of print last year). I don't know if that's more of an acceptable price to you or not.

150 is more acceptable, still on the steep side. I'd consider if Fate Zero stopped streaming in all of the services it's currently on, but with it in everything I have no immediate to own it. Reminds me I'm curious of Space Dandy ever went down in price.
I haven't seen Space Dandy go down in price at all. The series seems relatively popular over here, so I can imagine it will get a cheaper Anime Classics release from Funimation eventually.
This is the best approach.

I haven't bought from Right Stuf recently, but Funimation will often send things out early, sometimes so early they'll arrive before they're actually supposed to go on sale.
