What mode are you guys sticking to? Like I said haven't watched your video yet.

I do wanna point out the worst of my issues were on the first planet. I'm bad with planet names, but the grassy one where you meet the droid. It was better on the next planet, but that's when the gameplay started pissing me off lol.


Edit: Also I am primarialy sticking to Quality mode, as performance mode just looks weird to me.

Quality mode for me. I captured 2.5 hours of FPS footage on X and found that it was mostly stable, believe it or not! Performance mode is awful, though, and S performance was just all over the place.

Today is going to be a long day until I can get home and get back in the game. Hope my gf doesn't have anything planned for tonight, I'm looking at some whiskey and Star Wars. This is genuinely the first time I've been excited about Star Wars again since right before I saw episode 7.

I liked how the holo map shows how many secrets/chests are there. It actually gives you a reason to explore a bit instead of corridoring you down a path constantly.

Its only on the Origin Premier version, the one thats like $15. The Origin Access ($5 a month) package usually has 10hour trials of new games, but they are not putting this on that version.

EDIT. Are you talking about the console version of EA Access?, if so i believe the console version is the same as Origin Access on PC, the cheap version, so no the game wont be on it i believe.

Its not game breaking for me, but i dont like him either. He's just really nerdy looking and sounding, kind of like they were going for a Luke type character, but this guy is even uncooler than Luke ever was lol.

the only way ro resolve loading stutters on Xbox One is usually to move it onto the internal drive.

many devs don't actually test external drives and that leads to some issues in a handful of games.

if you run Shovel Knight for example on an external drive, no matter how fast it is, you will have 1 to 2 second pauses/stutters before every boss fight

the woman is very talented, take a look at her cutscenes in wolfenstein the new colossus (and in that game she is more good looking if this is what you are talking about)

I understand that certain attacks can’t be blocked. But there are times I are way clear of the attack and still get hit. I haven’t figured that part out yet.

i7-7700, Windows 10, 64 bit, 16 gig ram, Nivida 2080 Founder's Edition
Getting 70+ fps
Silky smooth performance, no hiccups or stutter. Really digging the game so far!

just popped in to say I'm enjoying the game so far, thoughb I'm just on the first planet after the opening section. The droid is pretty cute I have to admit. It seems to be running well on my i7 5820k, nvidia 2070, on 1440p and Epic settings. Strangely if I turn some of the settings down to High it seems to run the same or perhaps even a bit worse, without a noticeable change in graphics. Seems strange, I have not investigated this much. Happy to keep it on Epic!
