But hell, to each his own.
Can't really argue with that, but in this movie the protagonists are almost beside the point for me. It's where they are and what they're doing that's interesting.I was mostly referring to the characters. The trailer has done nothing to sell me on them at all.
I can almost see the glorious sacrifice already. Pretty boiler plate stuff.
TFA didn't look that good. It had the one great shot on Jakku of the derelict destroyer and that's it. It never really let its shots breathe.
So much symbolism in one shot.
I better see some torture and brutal murder in the final version.
Looks like a tv show
Yeah. Movie looked great. But hell, to each his own.

Looks like an episode of Fringe.
Das Boot: Imperial Edition. I'd be down, but then I've always rooted for the Empire. I'm still waiting for my Band of Brothers with Stormtroopers.
Boring, safe, cookie-cutter, unoriginal, add more message board key words/phrases
I think you mean Cringe.
Sorry, I didn't realize that Star Wars was your religion. No actual discussion allowed I see, just universally blind gushing.
But hell, to each his own.

It's Star Wars. It will be bloodless and rated PG-13.
That said, I do recall someone who had some inside knowledge in one of the previous threads where people were freaking out about the reshoots stating that.there was a torture scene
Fringe looked great for its budget, but it certainly doesn't look like The Force Awakens.
I posted a bunch of shots defending the cinematography so I was probably being sarcastic![]()

Star Wars hasn't shied away from blood. It's just kept in check.

It's like Zeon in the Gundam fandom.Oh dude that would be awesome.
I've always been partial to the Empire as well. Their equipment is just cooler to me.
This is good.Anything directed by J.J. Assbrams really.

Is it though?This is good.
Dare I say the cinematography is miles ahead in this than The Force Awakens.

In a way, TFA had a torture scene too.
Is it though?

The Death Star is "upside-down".

Second death star. We made it to seven pages at leasti already have them feels. since "many bothans died to get us this information". great trailer, gonna be sad to get to know these characters even though we know what happens to them.

Kylo Ren with Poe, and then Rey.When? I don't recall.
Is it though?
Come on, "Assbrams" is so good. I can't believe I've never heard it before.I was the author, and no, no it is not.
