If the merch leaks are anything to go by I would be very surprised if nothing is shown. I wouldn't expect any new first party announcements though.

State of Plays are usually for one title (extended gameplay) or a bunch of trailers for smaller titles.
Big stuff is shown at Playstation showcases.

They never said no 1st party. They just didn't promise us God of War or anything. Gotta wait and see.

Sony usually goes out of their way to clarify not to expect certain games when announcing an SoP in order to temper expectations.
Nowhere does it say there won't be any 1st party titles present, nor that it will be indie-focused (which they typically specify whenever it is.)

These shows should be getting bigger. Gaming is more profitable and bigger than ever but the shows are getting shorter. I really dont understand where all the money is going.
