You can get Alienware to give you the key, but Steam does not accept it until you activate the game.

Civ5 introduced 'quicky' games that aren't as involved. I love it, but then again I've only played about an hour in the last six months I've owned it.weekendCONFIRMED said:Every time Civ 5 goes on sale I'm tempted. But then I remember I bought the Civ4 entire pack on sale and I've barely played it like 30 minutes since that weekend.
I don't have time for Civ games :/
I did just that. Planning to pick it up soonish, as long as I can still find it around ~$20 when the funds to spare come.HadesGigas said:You can get Alienware to give you the key, but Steam does not accept it until you activate the game.
One rare item is gonna get you back in the game?Snuggler said:Awesome, thanks. I'm down for more DS3 and this saved me several bucks.

I'll have to try this out. Does this method work for other games that are difficult to get AA working?Nabs said:Steam has the latest version and AA works for me (5850). I use this method and SSAA works nicely.
RoaringHawk said:So, Shift 1. Worth it or wait for Shift 2 to go down in price?

so HP it is, I already own Shift 1 from launch day.Narag said:HP & Shift 1.
Yesterday we fixed the issue where, if you had HL2, bought the Orange Box, and then bought the Valve Complete Pack, you would only get 1 Extra Copy of HL2/EP1, instead of the 2 you're supposed to. So that would be a case where it's totally legitimate for you to have received an extra copy. (For those wondering why we would change this now, it's because the code changes are required to start enabling users to buy multiple 4-packs, or 4-packs as gifts, which we hope to start doing soon).
If you don't meet the above scenario, and you still got a surprise Extra Copy, PM me with your Steam account name or email address and I'll work out what's going on. In any case, this is our issue, your account is not in danger. Thanks.
I loved shift 1 but shift 2 irritated me.Sinatar said:In what ways is Shift 1 better then 2? I've never heard anyone claim that before now.

Better graphics? Better performance? More controller options?Gez said:Is there a point of this if you have the Android version? It's free.

Sinatar said:Rubberbanding isn't an issue in Hot Pursuit. It's a game about Car Chases and there is no fun if your pursuers aren't always on your tail. If you could just blow them in the dust and drive calmly through the events the game would be boring as hell.
SalsaShark said:I kinda envy him, i mean everyone should. The dude just started adding more shit to the game lately and he's just gonna release it whenever he feels its done. He's said it was done a bunch of times and decided to add more endings/items/etc. I can totally wait if it means a bigger game, specially in the randomization aspect, since supposedly a full playthrough of the game lasts about 45 minutes.
