Im starting to think you guys just suck at racing games

I interviewed Edmund about two weeks ago about The Binding of Issac he mentioned that the stuff being added isn't really making the game larger, it is making the game deeper however, it is mostly subtle nuance stuff that a lot of people will not notice.

yeah! i wasnt trying to say it in a way that i think he should extend the 45min playthrough, im saying there should be more random aspects for more chances at different outcomes and whatnot.

Even if the stuff isnt noticeable im sure he made the right decision holding the release for a bit and putting it in there.

yeah I didn't join that beta so it was the one they released on the 6th, just had to do it again when I tried to play Dead Island. First time I've ever had to do that.

You should be fine, i had to convert SC: Conviction and it did fine and i didn't download the game again.

Yea, I'm curious about these updates. Did they ever say if you'll need to create a new back up after a game gets updated to the new system? I have a back up of every game I have on Steam currently and it's gonna suck having to back them all up again.

Anybody know why Steam randomly pauses my downloads ?

I'll be downloading a game and a few minutes later it randomly pauses. Then I have to manually pause the download and restart.

That's some kind of bug, it's been around in one form or another for years. They've "fixed it" like five times. I think they even put "finally fixed" once just for it to reappear a few months later. :lol

Sometimes it will pause and you can't get it to restart without trying to run the game or rebooting Steam.

Yep, Steam sales are highly effective. I bought this sucker and enjoying it, though having an ATI-card, I can't seem to enable AA. I tried with Radeon Pro and AMD Vision Center, but no luck.

FXAA isn't that effective too. Has anyone got a solution?

No kidding, HP is such a amazing game. Yes it has rubber band issues but to me I started to enjoy that aspect of the game. It kept the races very interesting and the actual Hot Pursuit events were such a white knuckle holy shit I got to get to the finish line feeling that many racers haven't given me in a long time.

I beat the game a while back on the PS3 and I cannot wait to play through it all over again on the PC with some amazing graphics.
