The Steam client updated recently:
*Fixed backup/restore for games switched to the new content system
*Fixed adding shortcuts to 3rd party games with Unicode path names
*Fixed game configuration overrides from local content servers
*Fixed stats and achievements getting out of sync with the community for users with slow internet connections
*Fixed bug where dates of friend player names weren't shown in game overlay
*Fixed crash in "Create New Account" dialog
*Fixed crash on shutdown

Does the fourth one mean that the hours of a game played will not get messed up anymore?

No Ubicrap is great news. I held off buying Clash of Heroes on PSN in hopes of a PC version, and here we are. Will buy soon.

How are the load times in Clash of Heroes? Have they been worked out, the PSN version was to me unplayable because of that shit, I'm hesitant to double dip on it if it's just a quick port for an easy buck, also is the DLC free or only for preorder copies, and if so how much is the DLC going to be stand alone?

0 issues with load times, they seem normal.

there's one DLC out that's free atm, at least it shows up that way to me on the store page. I bought the game on Steam and not on GMG or other services so i couldnt really say if its steam only/pre-order only.

I think something happened, cause it still says "this game will unlock in 12 hours" for me, but suddenly it said "install" instead of pre-load and it turns out i can play. I was pretty sure the 22 was the international release date, and it was still 21 when i launched it.

Pre-loading clash of heroes and I can not play, no big deal since I will be playing Gears 3 but it would have been nice to try it out for a minute.

You are one lucky dude Salsa lol

And yeah the game is great. Im doubledipping since i already own it on DS but i never finished it. Plan on doing so with this version. Character art is fugly, but the rest of the art style is nice.

welp, this pretty much confirms that Steam thinks Uruguay is in Oceania. We are pretty much getting the same release dates (wether its earlier or later) with every single game lately (Space Marine for example). Makes no sense.

I registered my GMG key and its it my profile but it doesn't give me and option to install it from my Library, its not even there. It initially came up with the install, but it said "Steam was too busy to process your request" or some shit like that.

Halp?!

Restarting steam didn't help.

Man, too bad i just got Trackmania 2 at the same time clash of heroes unlocked, i see the latter not getting too many love these upcoming days :(

I think I'm gonna wait on a sale for Clash of Heroes. I owned and finished the DS game in the past and wouldn't play it any time soon if I bought it.

They won't ever change because people keep snapping games up at their ridiculous prices. Modern Warfare 3 is $100 for crying out loud. :(

There are some good eggs, though. Valve being the most obvious one. Deep Silver priced Dead Island identical to its US counterpart. Ditto for Devolver and Serious Sam 3.

What a great day. Bought Clash of Heroes and found out that Uruguay has been annexed by the glorious Commonwealth of Australia, might get a weekender down there.
