Anyways, Vindictus being on Steam has been pretty awesome. Not having to go through the browser boot is a massive plus.

I enjoy the Serious Sam games for what they are (mindless shooters), however the penultimate level of Serious Sam 3 is terrible. The game stops being even remotely fun when you're stuck in a level that is essentially a very long corridor and so overwhelmed by the literally thousands of enemies that you're either bouncing around in the air or dead far more often than you're actively attacking.

You still have to make an account, but it takes me to a quick pop-up screen instead with both servers listed on the same page. It also links one Nexon Account to One Steam account, saving you're account name, so all you need to do is type in your password.

The non-steam one use to direct me to a webpage or something, where I'd have to choose my server, and then it would let me log in.

Prototype 1 has a good chance at finally hitting the magic $5 mark, so that is on my radar for this sale. Other than that, I think I will be focusing on smaller games again.

That part just outright sucked. Enjoyable otherwise. It's fun switching weapons on the fly and deciding what ammo to conserve. Serious Sam does that well, although that's about all it does. Great game.

Yeah, I played through the game with a mate and all in all it was a lazy weekend well spent. The game's final act does leave an unpleasant taste, though.

They go out of their way on the product page to say you don't need to have played these. That's what sealed the deal for me, honestly.

Playing PA1&2 is not a requirement. PA3 was designed by Zeboyd Games (CStW/BoDVII), and should be really good.

I can't get steam cleaner to work. I click the bat file and cmd pops up and disappears, then WinRAR opens up the .jar folder, "fr" and "META-INF." No .exe is placed anywhere.
