It's outright against the Steam Terms of Service. If you use it and you're caught, your account will be banned. As posted, it's not likely you'll get caught. But obviously the values in the script can be changed so that you have a better chance of "sniping" cheap market items. That's what will give you away.

A human doesn't do that instantaneously. That, combined with constant F5ing could probably raise red flags that there's automated scripting going on.

Every MMORPG under the sun is able to detect macroing.

Second, why would it? It still relies on a human being buying it, not a robot. Valve is not going to be concerned about someone getting a 0.5 second advantage on others, they're going to be concerned with the automatic exploitation of arbitrage by bots hammering every single item on the server every second and buying anything that's sold for less than it could be.

It also advertises itself as automatically buying the item if it's below your stated threshold, so in that sense it's dependent on internet speeds and distance to valves server. I still don't think valve would care though, they get the same amount of money.

This happened earlier in the year and lasted only a few days. I think it's just a result of Dailies running for 48 hours during sale periods (which has been the case since the 2011 Winter Sale) and somebody forgetting to flip the switch back.

Totally different looks and gameplay. The combat is you bumping against the enemy in an angle/from behind. It is more fun than it sounds, however, and they are still great games.
