Steam Community has been rather wonky these last few days, with F2P games disappearing from profiles and items vanishing from inventories, so I'd say the erroneous listings are related.

I can still check out with the game added to my cart; I think the mention of Brasil in the title is just Nuuvem pre-emptively covering its arse to account for cases where people buy the game without reading and get mad when it doesn't activate.

Yes. I've already gotten bitten by Deep Silver's money grubbing region locking bullshit. Every Saints Row 4 region has a different key. A European store that had sent someone that bought a key with dollars a NA-ROW key, couldn't exchange it for an EU key because of publisher restrictions.

Nuuvem had a small grace period where they were inundated by preorders from foreigners, but about 3 days ago, they changed their preorders to be Brazil only keys.

Deep Silver is the absolute worst. Whenever I hear about them they make me cringe, I can't think of a single good thing they did recently (apart from their press releases which are hilarious apparently)

If you look at the subs in the registry you'll see there's no allowonlyrunincountries restriction: Remember Me, RE6 and RER.

Edit: Ah, only Revelations is giftable, apparently.
