Thanks for the fine answer Dr Dogg, I was just curious since my upgrade was a modest one last year. I do not have limitations on my Internet but I do have in time, will see how well it goes. I plan on playing the single-player of COH soon. I actually seen someone on Twitch who only stream COH2 and seems fun.

For sure know what you mean. It will play even on modest systems but you'll need to turn a lot of things down. There's a lot of heavy snow and physics effects that plummet frame rates for even for those with top end hardware. From what I've played it's enjoyable but I much prefer the first due to feeling I had more control and tactic I employed mainly failed as the game wanted me to play a specific way which the first didn't impose. Still you can't know a free trial to find out yourself

CoH1 was so amazing, put over 45 hours into it and that's without even touching the multiplayer (I'm not big on RTS multiplayer). After having to retreat and defend for the first 3 or 4 missions in CoH2's singleplayer I gave up on the game. Really not a fan. :/

One of the factors that kept me me coming back to COHs single player was the way it mixed up the traditional resource management, base building, squad rush paradigms of most RTS' of the time. Sure bases were still there but a increased emphasis on tactical and positional play made maps fun to play over and over again. While there is still the rock, paper, scissors formula at work mixed in with cover and building advantages you could make up for unit weakness. Still looks great to this day (even more so downsampled) and crashing a Sherman through a wall still has a wow factor when all the physics go off.

If you think you've used the key yourself you can do this:

Steam -> Change user -> Retrieve account info -> I don't know my account name -> I remember the product code I used

Unlike the product code activation form, however, this form doesn't validate the key (even typing in gibberish results in the "An e-mail has been sent ..." screen), so you'll need to check your inbox each and every time [you] input a code; if you don't get an e-mail, then it hasn't been activated.

Otherwise there's no way to tell since Steam prioritises the "You already own this game" error above "Duplicate product code".

Just played it and not feeling it at all.

I don't think it's bad. But I think a lot of the things it does (lean, prone, etc.) could be better axed out. The bullet-drop physics aren't relayed properly compared to BF3-4/BC2's "tracer rounds" showing the drop. That training mission #1 where you have to sniper drop DEAD CENTER on the target is a good example. Until I saw a Youtube showing how it's done, I had no clue how you were supposed to hit target #2/3 to continue on to finish the training.

That said, my KDR is HORRIBLE in this game since the lack of mini-map and spotting in comparison to BF is doing my head in. It's not like I care (compared to BF) but it's REALLY demoralizing to try to cross roads and building to get to cover only to be sniped by a GI dude instead of one of the three snipers from somewhere I didn't see them.

Separate keys or no? Humble Bundle devs need to understand that my money going to them means I get to do what I want with the stuff I don't want from their bundle. :|

I was about to post that GT Legends is genuinely great game/simulator BUT it is also nearly 9 years old. I don't know how playable it is without a wheel though, never tried it that way.

Maybe they didn't want to lose potential console purchases to cheap PC sales but afaik the PS3Vita versions didn't end up being very good so everyone lost in the end.

Yeah, but they did this before in 2012. They skip the Summer Sale, and then do a Humble Bundle. I don't get it.
