Going for that DmC audienceSlightly more disturbing news, I'm playing Yaiba Ninja Gaiden Z (no that's not the disturbing part) and the female "Oracle" character whose name I honestly can't remember (you know the one who sits around and only talks to you over radio but in a game like this of course she's scantily clad!)
Well, in the 2nd last level it reveals...I have no idea what this has to do with your resurrection or even the grander plot but the game really felt the need to show off this nugget of truth =/after Yaiba is killed at the start and resurrected, she has sex with your copse in order to as she puts it "test your systems" and some things "didn't need to be enhanced"

Admins can erase entire accounts from existence. I noticed last year that W!CKED's posts no longer lead anywhere and his name no longer shows up as an option when searching by username.

I do agree with him that skill points and swimming need to come back though, I really missed that in HR. And hopefully more hidden routes and ways of completing objectives.

Wheel catches like that are pretty dangerous and have been fatal at high speed. Wheldon's fatal Indy crash was the result of one.

I'm in the same boat. I never played any previous TR games so maybe that is why but I really enjoyed the game, story and graphics.
I felt like there were some things that weren't fully fleshed out such as the actual Tomb Raiding/exploration part and some of the hunting, but I for me that didn't take away from the game's enjoyment.
Take this with a grain of salt because (1) its my opinion and (2) I don't play very many games the same year they came out but it was in my top 5 GOTY that year.

Fair enough. I found it interesting how its plot was very similar to that of Risen, but overall I didn't really notice the story much. It was a stock-standard mystic Tomb Raider BS thing. I also couldn't help but wonder if it was coincidence or some kind of subtext that when it comes to the main characters,
every white male dies, and every woman and/or minority survives.
It's a Tomb Raider game where Raiding Tombs is almost non-existent, and out of character for that Lara anyway. In other words, it's a terrible Tomb Raider, but a great game otherwise.
Midtown Madness had a profound effect on me.
Speaking of which, Microsoft ought to re-release all of the Madness games. I wasted so many hours on the demo for the original Motocross Madness.

TR 2013 is fantastic. I need to finish it.
It's not terrible at all , but the change from mostly platforming/exploration in previous titles to shooting and set pieces was jarring. Can't blame them, though, as Uncharted was becoming too successful to ignore.

i liked midtown madness, what i remember most about midtown madness is that my cousin who got out of touch with video games loved the shit out of the first game on pc along with RE1, dude stopped playing games since the ps2, I bet I could get him back to playing video games with REmake and maybe another midtown madness.
