Two was worse than 1 but 1 is a god awful PC port with various ridiculous bugs with workarounds that are a pain in the ass.

Should have figured as much with it being an Activision game. Sigh.

Amnesia : A machine for pigs is made by the Dear Esther guys. They removed all the depth of Amnesia : Dark Descent. No Inventory, no hide and seek mechanic, no fuel for the lantern and it's short.
The story and atmosphere is great, but everything else is dumbed down to a sin.
I will pick up Outlast today.
