I'm glad the sale's here but this is the worst layout for a sale I've ever seen from them. Just one long list of games.

If you use the client then every time you look at a game on the list and go back the list order is randomized so you have to look from the beginning again.

Pro-tip... play by walkthrough. The game is an amazing narrative experience for adults, but there are fail-states the game won't report to you, meaning you can just get "stuck" permanently and never realize it.

Do you know of any good guides, ideally ones that sort of help you out and make you aware of things but don't ruin it in the process?

Nope. Deals are the same games/prices for the week. Less stressful than Christmas/Summer.

They've aged just fine. Overture is just okay, but Black Plague is certainly one of the best in the genre. Totally recommended.

Can anyone recommend me some good co-op games in the sale. I've got two pc's now setup in the house and I'm going to try to get some co-op games going on them. Of course I'm going to need another steam account and double dip to play them. I suppose I'm looking for any steam game in the sale that supports local co-op.

Thinking of getting Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition, Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition, Alice Madness Returns, Max Payne 1-3 do they all support the 360 controller and should I get the GOTY versions of Fallout is the dlc worth the extra?
