This game was so silly. I finished it only because of my love for the alien series.
Just wanted to make my point. I completely agree with the fact that I'm "derailing" the thread to some extent though so I'll stop here. My wallet is broken because of the Steam Sale.

Nope unless you like doing challenge maps or want some useless skins which you can't even use until after you clock the game (unless you want to use them in challenge maps)

I'm seriously hoping so. I watched a ton of videos when it came out and while the AI is indeed horrid, I wasn't THAT turned off by it. I'll know soon enough.

I definitely haven't. I didn't want to spoil it in the hopes that I'd give it a fair chance but now I can play it knowing I got it at a great price and if it's indeed total crap, no big loss.
I hate that Gearbox has had their name on a few too many recent stinkers with this game and DNF. Ah well, they've kept me content with BL and BL2.

I think it's pretty good and looks quite nice still as well. It's not a too long game, took me like 5 hours to finish. I'd say it's worth a buy.
Worth a play even if you hated FC3. Its better than it.

Both games are better than its mainline games.
If you have any interest at all in playing as a predator or alien I'd say it's worth it. Can be fun for a while.

That's a very good question indeed. It's Christmas and people cry over one post. There's like 200 posts about the 3DS in every other Steam thread, and having five people pointing out one off-topic post is a bit excessive.
Ignore them and enjoy the sale
