Sure, the story is a letdown in GTAV, but the world itself makes up for it and while the missions aren't the best, they keep you engage in the game. Some of my favorite moments from the game are just from driving around the city in the rain while I was listening to Portishead or the rap station. Rockstar was able to create a beautiful world and if you decide to engage that world, you'll have a wonderful time with the game
For the people who are trying to make sure people don't buy the game, you need to grow up. If someone is interested in the game, just let them buy it, play it, and then once they feel like discussing it, then you can tell them why you didn't like it
