I copied it to clipboard just in case. However, that would be a dick move to anyone who didn't. I'd be pissed losing my progress, and justly so.

They also did it to close that loophole with nabbing an extra copy with the key, no? Or was that closed beforehand?

Yeah, but how can you recover your cd-key? I think you need that for save migration etc, no?

You just need to log in to your GFWL account using the tool that'll be made available at a later date.

I looked at the last 5 pages and I didn't see it mentioned anywhere...

PoE is available in our favorite Brazilian store...

It's been available on Nuuvem since January. ;) It just didn't get much traction at the time as backers could buy three copies for $60 up until release day.

So the right answer to Posters are Strange was CCXIX. That's the Roman numeral for 219. Posters without black bars over them: #1 #2 #3 #4. Take the initials of "ass", "Seattle", "London" and "information" and reorder them and you get "LISA". So who is Lisa? She's actually Max's houseplant and so it happens that she also shares the room with her. Looking at the list of room's in Prescott Dormitory you see that there's two girls whose name consists of four letters but if you just took your chance guessing like that then this time it was in vain. So congratulations to AHA-Lambda for being the fastest and ViviOggi for being the luckiest. I'll be sending out the keys now.
That was pretty nifty. Thanks again

I see! I I assumed it was new on Nuuvem because of their tweet ("now available"). Never mind, then!

It's actually not so hard to guess as we know it will be ~£40 RRP it's about £8 per game. That leaves out all FF games, of course, because SE never give those for anything in the world. Older games are too cheap too, so we have left: both Lara Croft games, Dungeon Siege 3, possibly Front Mission, Last Remnant, Life is Strange and some bundled games, like K&L collection, or Tomb Rider collection, etc.
It's not perfect list but we have to start somewhere, also SD DE is not out of question, I don't think it sells too hot.

Yeah, I have most of those, I think I'm only mission Front Mission, Life is Strange ( no way they'll include it, maybe only ep 1 ) and Osiris.

But what if I don't get it and it includes FFXIII? >_<

Looks like WotS 4 won't be coming soon after all :(

Hi David,

I’m afraid it won’t be coming today sadly.

Unfortunately work on the game hasn’t been as fast as we’d hoped. I’ll speak to my boss about getting the date changed.

Sorry

Ross

Damn, now I'm even more sad that I didn't get selected for the beta.

Well Pillars of Eternity is out and those of us who got it can put hundreds of ours in it and then have enough time to play WoS4.

Console gamers and their silly problems :D

£55 is way too much for a game!

You should see their boxed PC prices. The Evil Within Bog Standard Edition was £44.99 on release when it was £34.99 on Steam's storefront and could be had much cheaper by other means. The big supermarket chains (well except Tesco as they've been price gouging since they're a little in the shit) have been the best deals on the UK highstreet for years now and there's plenty of 24 hour stores. Though if you want the best price for physical copies online retailers is where it's at.

GAME really has no place in the market where they're at the moment. They've branched out into second hand electronics now and are spreading wider and thinner than a specialist games store to the extent that other retailers like HMV, Argos and Curry's carry the same stock in store games wise and at a lower cost. It's only the exclusive versions GAME pay distributors top whack for that's giving they any diversity in the market and then that's not competing on price, value or standard of service but by locking off the market for Special Eds so they can price what ever they like.

There's a medium sized GAME by me and it's pretty much always dead and even when you do walk in you're pounced on by 2 or 3 sales gophers. Where as a little down the road a long standing indie retailer is booming most days. Granted they're half and half games and CD's/DVD's with the vast majority of their stock second hand but they've gone for the much more approachable bookshop vibe.

Oh well, oh well, oh frickin well

I'm getting TW:Shogun 2 in the mean time then.

So the only thing I get for 20$ when I upgrade to Scholars is enemy placement? Lol.

And other game design adjustments, more players to simultaneously play with and some graphics updates among other things.

Sure the price tag is hefty, but I guess it will be worth it if you want another Souls experience or really like to play online. I have bought dumber things for more money.

Seems like my throughts about waiting to purchase the PC version was a good thing.

Even if I paied 3$ for it I would regret to have used money on that sort of crap.

Cross-posting this from the RE5 Gold Topic.

Played through up to chapter 3-2 of RE5 & Lost in Nightmares.

Did they make the game harder on Veteran? I know I don't have my upgraded guns, but I did a run of RE5 starting from scratch in late 2013 and I do not recall having this much difficulty with it, there seems to be more enemies that I recall there being and despite doing a lot of melee moves and firing to stun then strike them, they seem to have more health and I'm running out of ammo, which I don't remember ever happening to me in RE5 this often. I don't know if Veteran is actually harder or if it's just my imagination. Veteran is the difficulty I've always played RE5 on, even when it first came out my first run was on Veteran, and I do not remember enemies being this resilient and running this low on ammo so often, or this many enemies.

DLC is well-ported. Compared to consoles I did notice two things though. Firstly, the Anchor enemies seem to have some worse path-finding, I've been seeing them sometimes get caught on walls sometimes, which I don't recall them ever doing on the 360, The second thing is the audio seems to have been improved from the 360, better job with surround sound and sounds seem to be much more audiable but still subtle, and bigger depth and effects than I recall.

Besides that and obviously higher resolution/better lighting, it seems about the same, which is what most will expect. Of course, one run through it isn't all there is as the mission has a lot of randomization features.

Some screens I took (720p, highest settings, Steam screenshots so a tiny bit compressed):

coming soon to a Gaben near you ;)

Oh, Battlelore is actually coming to Steam. I guess they did mention a PC version back when it was announced but I was interested in the Android tablet version. It is a very good version of a great tabletop game so it's probably worth a purchase if it sounds interesting and they don't mess up the PC version.

I've been at work since PoE unlocked (yes, l-o-n-g day) - how is it, my friends? (please be good - my first Kickstarter!)

Looking forward to spending 3 hours in the character creation phase tomorrow, after some sleep.

I would think its a misremembering. I remember recently doing the same as well with veteran fresh on solo, and having more challenge there then I ever recall.
