Serious Sam HD First & Second Encounter got cards
Now all you boys and girls can go back playing these classic games and get your shiny cards, you know you deserve them!

Some people in this thread will be very happy :D

Hey, is Deadbolt worth a buy for $9.99?

Is Drunken Robot Pornography worth a buy at $7.49?

Is Gary's Mod worth a buy at $9.99? How complicated is it to play it? Is there a multilayer element to it?

Also is there a PC compatible Xbox 360 controller for cheap on Amazon? (Under 50 dollars?) How much of an hassle is it to set up? Would the wireless signal from a wireless controller interfere with a wireless KB/M?

Sorry to barge in like this, today is payday for me. So I wanna get more bang for my buck.

Servizio

I don't really need a tag, but I figured I'd get one to make people jealous. Is it working?
Cant find anything to sold the Alpha Protocol boot up issue (straight to not responding). Anyone have any experience with this?

Try running this file:

steamapps\common\alpha protocol\Support\physx\PhysX_9.09.0814_SystemSoftware.exe

If it asks you to repair your physx installation, say yes. Otherwise just let it install.

From my experience with other unreal games, you're missing that games version of PhysX needed to run and later drivers don't install the legacy versions unless they have to.

Hm... I guess it's worth it? Yeah. If you loved Gunpoint, you should love this. If you haven't played Gunpoint yet, play that first instead. You can get it dirt cheap right now.

If you don't need force feedback and you want the cheapest possible (wired) xinput controller for PC, I think Logitech F310 would be the best choice since it's 20 USD at the moment.

Or... if you want a wireless one with force feedback, go for F710 - which is 40 USD.

For some messed up reason, if I do not move my seat in a precise location where the mouse's wireless signal is not interfering with the keyboard's wireless signal, then the keyboard will lag really badly normally or if I'am playing a game, the mouse will have a noticeable lag. Is this because I'am using the same USB receiver for both wireless KB/M or are the batteries fucking up?

Good christ, I can not do grammar worth a shit

Try replacing the batteries first.

Wait for a sale on Garry's Mod.
What controllers do you have available now? 360/XBO controllers need a wireless adaptor,DS4 just needs Bluetooth.
The wireless signals should be different bands, so shouldn't interfere.
I recommend Factorio or Stardew Valley.

Do you have the receiver plugged in at the back or front of the computer? Could be line of site.

That's what I had thought but my self doubt was gnawing on me.

I have no controllers available to me right now. Is there an Xbox 360 controller that comes with a wireless adapter?

Also, I'am confused does the steam copy of Dark Souls 1 come with DSfix?

Phew, finally finished The Division, my thoughts posted earlier in the thread still hold true basically.

Spent about 20 hours in it now, and I'm done, can't imagine myself really spending any more time to just finish off the repetitive side missions, replay old missions or spend time in the dark zone frankly.

If the season pass ends up being worthwhile, I may pick it up on sale.

At the back of the tower, iirc. So you could be right

I had a complaint back in the beta about the Dark Zone, specifically the disproportionate risk-over-reward nature of going rogue, and how that kneecaps the area's best and most unique attribute.

Not many people seemed to jump on board.

And this was in the beta, before the DZ became the place for endgame loot. So now everyone farms. No one goes rogue. And I see full articles on Kotaku explaining this issue that I called out in a few sentences in a million page beta thread.

Question though: have you played predominantly solo or with friends and/or matchmaking?

This is weird: last week I turned a couple of oceanhorn foil cards into gems. They were worth 320 gems a card, now they are only worth 160 gems.
Foil cards are worth 10 times as much as normal cards (my oceanhorn cards are worth 16 gems now) but I do not know what determines gem worth of cards and in this case why they fell by 50%.

Always appreciated when older games get cards. Shame as they are 8 card sets but so was serious sam 3.

I wonder if Night Dive Studios would be the people who could get the rights to OG SiN from whoever owns the trademark and put it back on Steam. I've always wanted to play it but I keep forgetting to buy it on GoG.

I wonder the same thing about Shogo. I forgot who owns that copyright for that.

There's that old mecha squad shooter that had a KS that failed quite awhile back. It was developed by Stompy Foot Studios.
I keep wanting to say Dark Reign but that's not it, at all. But I would love to see Dark Reign and Metal Fatigue get Steam ports as well.

I'am going to be bothered by not knowing it's name. But there was two games released in the 90's. It was inspired by VOTOMS.

It's still up
First time seeing prototype controllers (if real) using decals similar to Erlkönigs.
Aw, for a moment I thought BL:TPS included the Season Pass as well. Would have went for 4,80€.
off-screen footage of 4 demos from Valve's The Lab: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8pZGTDTFPIQ
Looks fun. VR gonna be much better than just an addition for existing game types. I think it will shine most on - for now - unseen experiences.

Just saw it in my mails. No Dark Souls key. Aw, would have loved to enable someone here to play this gem. But alas, here the consolation prize.

I thought retrograde was a shooter but it's just a rhythm game masquerading as a 2d shooter.

I guess ill play it, it's only about an hour long according to hltb

it plays great with a guitar controller!
and it's a highscore game, so it's as long your fun with the game lasts

I don't understand what the fuck I'm supposed to do to enable the Steam Authentication thing for market listings. My app is already set for email reminders.

it's a little confusing at first as i had trouble telling what were my shots and what were enemy shots but i like it. Plus, it's the first game i've used the steam controller's rumble feature on and it sure it giving it everything its got
