These packs come with different costumes, and use the basic voice with no additional effects outside of visually.
Outbreak Character Pack: - Four costumes supposed to be four random 'workforce' characters caught in the Outbreak. Visually representative with back-stories from different levels in the game. The guy in the blue suit with the foundry mask is who I use. From left to right, Agent Wilkes, Dr. Gary Glover, DJ Scully, and Foundry Worker Aldridge.
Nightfall Character Pack - Four characters that are supposed to be four random 'dark' characters who've survived through dirty deeds and hardships. From left to right, Lance-Corporal Lee Baron, Mike Noble, Security Officer Thorne aka "Carnivore", and Mr. Foster.
PostMortem Character Pack -Four characters that are supposed to be four more random 'workforce' characters caught in the Outbreak. Visually representative with back-stories from different levels in the game. From left to right, Kerry Fitzpatrick, Trooper Clive Jenkins, Paramedic Alfred Anderson, and Harold Hunt.
London's Finest Character Pack - Four characters that are supposed to be four 'stereotypical London' type of characters. From left to right, Captain Wiggins, Chopper Harris, Reverend Alberts, and Kevo the Chav.
Steampunk Character Pack - Four steampunk-styled characters for Killing Floor. From left to right, Adam Butler, Doctor Dave, Reggie "Basher" Clover, and Peter the Assassin.

Unique Weapons:
Unique weapons made by the community for use in the game.
he Scythe, Tommy Gun, Flare Revolver, and Buzzsaw Bow - Variety Weapon Pack. The Scythe is a further ranged melee-weapon which can be good if you can aim right for decapitating, the classic spray of a Tommy gun, the Flare Gun is a pistol that shoots flares and sets enemies on fire, and the Buzzsaw Bow is a bow that shoots buzzsaws, which are expensive but also can be picked back-up again.
Dr T's Lead Delivery System, Orca Bomb Propeller, Single Piston Long Musket, and Multi-Chambered Zed Thrower - Steampunk Weapon Pack. Lead Delivery System is basically a Steampunk Tommy Gun, Orca Bomb Propeller is essentially a handheld canon that causes a big boom (warning, it can damage you if you're in the radias), Single Piston Long Musket is a musket that does insane damage and steady at aiming but needs to be reloaded after every shot, and theMulti-Chambered Zed Thrower which is a 'shotgun' that shoots compressed air that sends enemies flying.
The Blower Thrower, The Seal Squeal harpoon gun, Seeker 6, and the ZG2 - Sci-Fi Weapon Pack. The Blower Thrower shoots acid at enemies (or in other words, the Bloats puke at enemies), the Seal Squeal harpoon gun shoots harpoons into enemies that then explode three seconds later, the Seeker 6 is a laser-seeking weapon that locks onto an enemy and then launches six homing rockets at the target, and the ZG2 shoots plasma-like electric grenades in quick succession.

Golden Weapon Pack - Four weapons from the game, now all gold with a shiny effect. To be noted is that in the in-game store where you buy weapons from money you get for defeating enemies, they cost as much as the normal weapons do. The Golden AK47, Golden Katana, Golden Combat Shotgun, and the Golden M79.
Golden Weapon Pack 2 - Four more golden weapons from the game, all gold with a shiny effect. To be noted is that in the in-game store where you buy weapons from money you get for defeating enemies, they cost as much as the normal weapons do. The Golden AA12, Golden Chainsaw, Golden Deagles, and Golden Flamethrower.
Camo Weapon Pack
Four weapons from the game with a camo paint. Cost as much as the normal guns in the in-game trader store. Camo M4, Camo M32, Camo MP5, and Camo Shotgun.
