There are a lot of good resources for a lot of different things, and to be honest I forget the guide I used when I first started using RPG Maker. I can say that the engine is organized enough that you can figure a lot of it from the help documents in the engine itself and just some messing around with it.

What is so bad about the Humble Weekly bundle? Seems jam-packed to me this week. What am I missing here? Are the RPG Makers old/outdated/useless versions or something?

So, what's the logic of XP being in a higher tier than VX Ace... I'll now add not only rpg maker games, but also the software itself to my list of stuff not to buy until it's bundled.

Sequence was a kickstarter too but before the whole craze.

Adding Blade Symphony to the list too.

I'd say there's probably than some give credit for. Quite a few are very close like Divinity and Wasteland.
