Nope, one of Midboss' employees confirms that they had no idea the bundle would go on further than Monday. It was intended to be a day-long fire sale but that's not how the bundle works.

I seriously don't know how bundle game developers survive on that stuff. Top-tier Humble Bundles, sure, but anything else seems like devs burning money.

Groupees added a key for Message Quest. So i gave it a go. It's short (1 hour) but really great hand drawn graphics. Some of the humour seems lost in translation, but it can be funny. Some small point & click puzzles, and a couple of rpg like battles. All in all you could do a lot worse than spending an couple hours on this.

(Currently $3 on Steam)

This may or may not work. Humble made it seem like I was given 2 keys for this back when those build-a-bundles were going on. If this one works, I may have copies of some Telltale games (Tales from the Borderlands, Game of Thrones, Wolf Among Us) and stuff like Ronin to give away. I think there's also a Deus Ex Human Revolution - Director's Cut somewhere in my un-redeemed stash.

I'll wait and see if this works first. Just as a heads up in the event that someone is dying for one of those and hasn't been able to pick it up for whatever reason.

It's been like a year or more since the "devs shouldn't deal with IndieGala they are shady" article on Gamasutra. I have no pity for any idiot dev that drops their game in a bundle without knowing what they are getting into.

I'm not saying IndieGala is all bad, I'd say these days they are basically the same as all the others. Mostly the implication was they catered to key resellers with happy hour bulk sales. But the point is, there's resources out there that have been telling Devs for a while now to be careful what they get involved with.

Looks good I know, just wish the gameplay was good too :/ Mind you I hadn't played the Wii U ver. myself, but after trying the 3DS ver. ...can't say I feel very positive about it :/

Happy birthday, ExoSoul and Ozium.

Done with four out of my five tests for midterms/finals; time to study diodes for a while and then play one of the many cRPGs I've got 20+ hours in but haven't finished.

For all the hate/concern Fallout 4's getting this week (mostly justified), it's still gonna destroy Tomb Raider next week. I keep forgetting that's even coming out, and being only on one console's not doing it any favors.

Neither do the devs that go on IndieGala bundles :p. Every issue so far seems less "IndieGala is shady" and more "I didn't properly research what i've signed up for"
