Join the club. My government has the most absurd regulations on Paypal. They're afraid terrorists will use to launder money or something so they locked it down pretty tight. Probably would have banned it completely if so many people didn't depend on it to get paid by clients abroad.
Anyway Steam is back up and no currency change. It was all a lie!

Aww yiss Ubisoft implemented local pricing. Anno 2205 for ~$25. Ubi has region locked their games since before this change though so no gifting.
Just Cause 3 is available for about $13. But Squeenix locks their shit too.

People from Hyrule can buy games in their own currency but us lowly Argentinians are still stuck with US dollar pricing (and region locks, of course)

Homeworld Remastered for $11
Rebel Galaxy for $8
And so on...
