Decided to give a try, as I'm just idle farming CSGO right now. First mission I got was winning 16 rounds in competitive Nuke... and oh god, I suck big time. Last time I played CS on a serious way was when the mod was still on beta.
I've been feeling like shit during all the game, being mostly useless for half the rounds while I was trying to follow the advices a teammate was shouting on chat. Suddenly, with 14-14, I was the last surviving terrorist against two.
Somehow, I won.
Felt so good.
Sadly I still have to win one extra round. More pain to come 
Is 4 in the collection? Is this implying 4 is coming to PC?? 4 is only one I haven't played! I dropped consoles after ps2, except for the Wii. Would blow Kojima for 4 on PC.

it says MGS Collection 2014, so i would assume it includes everything from 2014 and earlier. 4 would do well with a next gen paint job/pc release
Not worth it. Remakes of MSX games, though, and I would join in.

From your list I'd say Dead Rising 3 looks great but maybe you're better advised to wait off till the performance kinks get patched. Otherwise Mind looks very intriguing but you are not into FPS you say.... hm.
Actually, it sounds like you want a strategy game. And on that front Endless Legend looks like a good fit!

I only played MGS1 & 4. It would be bloody brilliant to play the second and third (maybe even the first and fourth as well
) before Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain.So much MGS, I love it. And even if this is only about figures, with Konami having pumped many collections, I can't imagine them not going after another round for gen8 and steam. Finally the greed of a pub is going to benefit me
