Why must you remind me of Bayonetta 2? :( Bayonetta was my GOTY 2009 and I worship at the altar of Platinum Games.

Guess I'm gonna have to look for WiiU Black Friday deals...

I'll be sure to post my picture of my copy whenever I go to pick it up and I'll tag you in it

The leads you to believe That it is something far more unexpected than GTAV. Rockstar commonly does Mac ports, so it isn't a stretch to believe that a Linux port is possible too.

Something like Read Dead Redemption would,be unexpected, Mmetal Gear collection or the upcoming FFXIII rumors.

Could also be working with EA on something, although I don't see "Origin on Linux" being all that successful. Loads of possibilities which is why we'll eventually be disappointed.

yes you could. there was a setting you could change when your team have the ball. hit triangle, select manual A. do it once, it stays for all future games

You definitely could. You had to press a button while playing to bring up the menu and it let you choose from two manual settings. Allowing you to control your players.

Well, that's news to me, I'll bear that in mind if I ever revisit it.

it's 56 fahrenheit here.. autumnal bliss

Too cold. 70 is best. I get the feeling that winter is going to be too cold.

Those whose flesh doesn't burn at the touch of Origin might be interested to know that they're offering Bejeweled 3 for free from now until October 28. Thought it was worth passing along.

Maybe I should make an Origin acco- IT BURNS

How do we know that Peter Dinklage isn't a Koala in a human suit?

I've always assumed that Jase is actually just an intelligent koala hoarding Steam games to serve as a symbol of power among the other koalas :p

How else would the koalas determine who to lead them into battle against the formidable dropbears?

The cat is evolving. Our worst fears are realized.

Baby Steps, but I hope SE don't forget FFXII(like many have mentioned) and Dragon Quest VIII. Those two are god-tier(IMO) and would be great to have on PC/Steam with higher resolutions to really let them shine.

We probably wouldn't get in the west anyway so it doesn't matter.

this is TRULY the evil within...

she's back

The foretold second coming is finally happening.

RDR would be a gigaton, and any Japanese AAA game too

btw, here's the list of games Asypr have ported over to Mac. If it were to be of that list, I guess a CoD game would be a surprise. But it might not be from that list...

gave away the keys to the kingdom.
Haha, damn, my sneaky little plan didn't quite pan out. I had the bright idea of saving my Alienware SPACECOM beta key for until after the beta ended, as if the sub were left alone, I'd still get the game, which was on track to work perfectly until just ~an hour ago: said sub was emptied, so attempting to activate the beta key just brought up the "Product already owned" error. So close yet so far!

Well how apt the last few pages have contained FF talk seeing as when I got home Theatrhythm Curtain Call was waiting on the doorstep. what with Hyrul Warriors out on Friday that's my attention away from Steamy things for a while. Though I might surface if the Store redesign turns up.

Edit: Just noticed FF IV on Steam. My excitement when high then crashing down when checking the store page and noticed it's the DS/iOS version :(. I mean come on either the GBA release or the Complete Collection PSP version would have been perfect *grumble*.

Also for anyone considering a 800/900 series card (or whatever they are calling them these days) that isn't on a 500 series or earlier is a bit crazy. Especially considering the full fat dies will be out a year after. Even more so at the prices, for some of the estimates I've seen a 870 would go for I bet with a bit of snooping about you could find a 6gb 780 for about a similar price. If history is anything go by might perform near on similarly too.

I've only finished FFIV on the PSP, but the bit i played on the iphone was enough for me to know that the DS/iOS/and now PC version is fucking rooooouuuuuugggggggghhhh. Game can get tough as nails on you whereas every other version was just slightly difficult.

also, the english voicework is bad.

Daily French Indie Sale 80% off

The tile links to Ethan Meteor Hunter, tho.

Fly'n, Ethan Meteor Hunter, Blocks That Matter, QuestRun, Kill The Bad Guy ... I could go on but it's tiring. These games are all on sale for the next 48 hours.

Yeah, I totally missed those.

Clicking on the daily deal image tried to take me to another website, ethan-game.com, which gave me a 400 error in French. That's kind of strange.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.

No regrets. These sort of releases need to be rewarded.

NEO Scavenger, the best game nobody has played this year.

Hey, I played it. Found some plastic bags and twine in an abandoned house, then got wrecked by a psycho with a bat when I tried to back up and tripped over my own feet. Just another day in the post-apocalyptic world. I may revisit it at some point.

Love the avatar, btw. Who is she?

For 6GB to be the default it'd need a 384-bit bus.
Hm, didn't know size is dependent on bandwidth. Guess we'll see +4GB once NVIDIA releases "unlocked" 512-bit 980 (then 1080 or sth.)
Anyway, is there something you don't know ;)

and now this
sigh, lol
better to wait till the official announcement
Up and down, you really play with my emotions man.
RDR would be a gigaton, and any Japanese AAA game too
Won't succumb into your deceptions anymore :p

Wasn't that a daily just recently? And even cheaper now.

I have a shrewd idea as to what this port could be.

Blizzard have a new WOW expansion coming soon, yes? What better way to help hype it than "World of Warcraft is now available on Linux"?

Shufflepuck Cantina is a neat game, well worth the 3 bucks it's on sale for. Great game to burn some downtime with.

It becomes a grind unfortunately as you have to repeast matches over and over again to unlock higher difficulties and then it starts to become unfair. They should've used the structure of the old Shufflepuck Café with a big tournament instead of going the mobile gaming route.
