Map creation tools with free online multiplayer with no micro-transactions is a-ok with me, I probably wouldn't play the campaign anyways.

For me Halo is coop sp campaign, and there's nothing like that here. Even official maps are missing, it's not too different from a trial version of a game.

343i official maps are the only maps available to play atm because I can't find any custom ones, lol.

I'm pretty fine with Halo 5 multiplayer only. I don't need that campaign. Of what I played on the Xbox One, it was pretty boring anyway.

How is the Halo? Does it run well? Kinda interested in trying it out if there's players, Halo MP is super fun, or at least was back in the days.

Is it a mistake? Doesn't it just take into consideration the games you already own?
It is definitely a mistake (or really weird if intentional). It takes the games you already own into consideration yes, but then it applies a 77% discount to the already discounted prices of the component parts instead of the base prices.

Proof:

A 77% discount on those games should come to $25.30. But they've taken the 75% and 65% off prices and then applied another 77% discount on top.

Nevermind looks like they took it back down. Gotta wait till tomorrow....though if it's already done and leaked they should just release it today considering it already went up.

One more game to idle but I skip that one as it seems to be pain to get cards from one game. I guess I am done with card dropping until I have 300+ games to get card drops again.
I got around 1600+ cards, 14 of those are foil cards. Took me 850+ hours to "idle" to get them :D

Why not just keep on top of it? The glitch might not always be there.

Wow, it's true! I got Borderlands: The Pre-sequel for 3 bucks!
I'm wondering if I can resell something before they fix it...

EDIT: Oh, bollocks, I can't add the pack to my inventory.

I know it might not be around forever, but I feel like I am done exploiting the glitch. Besides skipping between 5-10 games is much painful than skipping 50 games and it also take longer time to skip lesser games than large amount of games. That's why I am not going to get last two cards from the last game

You cannot buy bundled games as gift. Most people are already aware of the discount and bought pre-sequel for cheap if they had the two other games

But that's what I'm saying. If you wait for 100 plus cards again and the glitch is gone. That's longer than just letting a single game idle when you go to bed. You got back from the deep end why go back?

It's intentional. The base discount of the bundle applies to the total cost of the unowned products, inclusive of any discounts, not the base price of the bundle. This isn't the case with all bundles, however -- some don't confer an additional discount while select others are strictly for people who don't already own any of the included content. The particulars are up to the publisher, though, really, they're encouraged to use bundles to make purchasing/completing sets cheaper for users or otherwise just use subs as they previously did.

If the glitch is fixed then I accept the fact that it is gone and will not idle games anymore. Before the 2 hour minimum playing was added I idled all the games I had at the time. After that I did not want to idle anymore.
When the glitch was found I was thinking, why the heck not. Idle Master has added 30 games at the same now, I could probably get all the cards within a week. I wasn't even thinking to idle all games at all, I was just testing the glitch and got hooked.

Since Valve hasn't fixed the glitch I guess Valve doesn't care at all. But if they do fix the glitch then I just accept it. I just get card drop from actually playing the games.

talking about Borderlands sale:
math, how does it work?

not that I'm buying it, just thought it's funny

There's nothing wrong with the maths. That's a sub, not a bundle, so you're supposed to be paying for Borderlands: TPS even though you already own it.

But... why would you do that? Especially why would you do that if you're selling the individual pieces for more than the bundle right next to it? Gearbox you make no sense to me :\

I bought Pre-Sequel just because i wanted to complete Blands Collection (even though i never played any Blands game XD) and just because I had around 1.6 euros on my Steam wallet so in the end game costed me 1.6 euros XD

It's a bundle thing, not Gearbox. The price of a bundle get reduced if you have one or more games in the bundle

Jase can you tell me, owning BS1 GOTY and PRe-Sequel, if I buy vanilla BS2 anf right after the GOTY edition of B2, does a discount applies to the bundle for B2GOTY?

They want to upsell you to the bundle. You may not think you need all three games, but they want to get you to buy it anyway because it's such a good deal.

Only the Triple Pack and Take Over Your Life Pack are bundles. The rest are just subs and don't confer any additional discount.

Anyone checked out the big Necropolis update?
Yup, made a playthrough with the new Brute character.

Brute is obviously not as quick as the Blackguard is, having a much slower moveset and and instead of a Bloodborne dodge, he has more of a Dark Souls mid-weight roll, and his shield bash is charging AoE knockdown instead of instant knockdown, but he hits so much harder and his basic moveset is much better for dealing with crowds His power attacks are also worse than Blackguard's were, but that subjective. Still, he's different enough from Blackguard to be a good addition and improved replay value.

My late-game levels were really short so I didn't get to see much difference there, but the game is yet again more varied at early-mid levels, thanks to the new snow environment, new loot and some new enemies.

The game's content is still just a bit lacking for an action adventure roguelite, but one more of these content patches (which will happen because they have one more class yet to finish) and I'll be able to recommend this as a singleplayer game despite the $30 asking price. It was a good multiplayer game from the start.

Pre-sequel is pretty good. I didn't finish it but I enjoyed what I played.

Its like a big beefy expansion to BL2 with its own story, weapons and some new mechanics. Lots of fun.

The base game of Borderlands Presequel is really bland but the Claptrap DLC expansion is pretty good. I wish there were save files for each character starting the True Vault Hunter mode at level 30ish with some decent gear so you could just play the game from there because at least you'll have some fun skills to play around with.
