Finally got around to starting Trine after purchasing it forever ago. People who picked it up got a steal at 1.99. So good.

I know people who have this same mega-patch problem with TF2. I think it has something to do with verifying your files. You should be able to look into the properties and find something that says "verify your cache" or something like that... sorry, I don't have Steam on me at the moment.

I kinda wish RPG demos just threw you in the middle of the world with a 30 minute time limit during which you can explore to your hearts content instead of forcing you through the tutorial and then be done with it ):

Is there a list of recommended sale gems anywhere? Discoverability on Steam is getting piss poor. The only reason I found some sales that I bit on was due to posts on this forum :\

I'll admit that the phrase "Armored Paratrooper Bears" factored heavily into my impulse buying of Red Alert 3. I've got to see that. That and "Psychic Japanese Schoolgirls". I have already seen that elsewhere, but still awesome.

C&C4? 5 words: "In the name of KANE!" if there was no Kane, I wouldnt have bought it. I want to see what he really is.

Every time I confirm my email for the support site it never lets me get further in the actual site. I can't ask them why my pre paid CC won't work when it's worked several times already.

Just FYI: The Risen demo is terrible. Shows the graphics, interface, and that is pretty much it. Best part is probably the exploration and sense of adventure and the demo showcases neither.

Honestly bought so many games, but can't bother downloading them since it's so slow. Can't w8 for the sales to end to start gaming. :O

Btw really dutch people? Downloading at 1:30 am on a Friday night? I know I have no life, but come on...

Right-click the game on the list, go to properties, and click verify cache integrity. This has happened to me a few times with TF2. It sucks, but that's one of the things Valve is trying to fix.

Yeah, I believe so. It's a Steamworks title* and it's on sale often, so you should be able to snag it sooner rather than later.

On that note, I need to get back to Warband. The combat is a lot of fun but I got distracted by other games.

* Warband is, but I haven't tried the new expansion yet.

Figured I'd post this once more, found I have a copy of CivCity Rome still hanging out from the last sale, would love to trade it for well, anything really. If you have an old game laying around to send out I'd love to be able to try something new, otherwise it'll simply be up for free grabs shortly.

I always wante CitiesXL, the things is, its the game any good? Does it play similar to sim city games?

They just changed the main image a little bit, girl on the left in yellow now has some light blue tattoo instead of a brown one on the other arm.

I don't know who that girl is so no idea.

They also fixed the two right feet Chun-Li had, and Lara's feet too.


Also that's the RIFT girl.
