After countless hours in many games I have never seen that.

Every time I come back to the game after a long break: "Why won't any of my super work?!?!"

Had the same thing happen to me and lost because I put my stick down. It made the KO sound, and showed the death animation. I'm like that's great, and I get raped by a super. GGPO has never done that crap before.

This happened to me a bunch of times on GGPO. The KO screen would just sit there as we kept playing, haha.

I've explained this before, the sound in 3s (and older games in general) is just a lot more visceral, just a feeling that everything hurts so much more.

I had this with SFIV, euro account and I'm in China. what I did (X360) was go to the dash and set my location to Hong Kong.
