Clearly the US needs to fly out some musicians to EVO to increase their odds

Edit - just realized that like 80k people watched that lol

Feel free to add me on psn guys, My psn name is GringoLOCOoO1987

Bear in mind I'm a complete newbie at Street fighter but I'm up for learning and having fun.

Hear me out

What if Lupe didn't know?

There's no way he didn't by the end of that. I know next to nothing about SF, but that just felt so fake.

Lupe's face wasn't even that of someone who seemed happy about his victories except the initial one. Almost makes me think he didn't know before the games started.

Oh wow, I didn't know it was one costume per completion. Will wait for the store to open, you know with a setup like that they are going to be in there!

My bad. Just got through survival on Normal after being interrupted by ranked matches endlessly and it turns out you do unlock all the costume tied to that difficulty, meaning each character only needs to survive 100 matches total, not 300 like I originally thought.

In other words, beating survival on Normal with a character unlocks costume 4, 5 and 6 for that character in one run.

Sorry for the bad info. I'm really glad it's this way, at least. The input reading on the later levels gets a bit ridiculous and I was only on Normal.

Tip for anyone trying to unlock the costumes: Activate fight request with the 'battle confirmation' option set to 'ask'. If you're doing badly in a fight, you can hit start and enter the online battle. After fighting the online battle, you'll be returned to the start of the fight with your health and meter as they were when you started previously. Basically a way of cheesing continues out of survival mode.

Unfortunately, there's no way of forcing yourself to be matched with someone else, so sometimes you'll not be able to use this method due to matchmaking. Pausing also pauses matchmaking, too, so you can't just wait it out that way.

Jeez, can't seem to get more than 2 wins in a row before getting absolutely destroyed. At this rate, I don't think I'll ever be seeing bronze league, haha.

Easy/normal/hard. Play through them more than once and unlock a different color. I think 1 for easy 3 for normal and 2 for hard.

Kinda dumb they're tied to survival. Also means you'll never see anything other than the default costumes in tournament play.

I have just finished reading like 20 pages... Woah, if I have to do this every time I wake up in the morning to keep up lol.

I'm adding people to my spreadsheet now, so if anyone wants to add me as a friend and fellow Street Fighter player, don't hesitate to send me a PM. My basketball ain't going kaboom.

So could someone explain to me why Fang's poison is seen as some new "powerful" mechanic that is somehow radically different from what has existed since SF2? Does the poison stack with itself, to tick faster each application? Otherwise, I'm not seeing a real advantage, only a different way to deal the same chip damage you would have dealt over the course of a round with projectiles. It's not like a typical Fang player is going to poison at the start and then not get hit the rest of the round. I doubt even someone that masters the character would end up being able to do it more than you could get a perfect with any other character either. Plus, the projectiles don't even really do much damage at all unblocked.

Yay. I already have enough fight money for Alex.

I haven't bought -- is there any way to do a human vs. AI versus match and select the difficulty? Or is training mode the only way to play against AI?
