Depends on your timezone. You are only save after 4pm PST.
No color unlocked by beating hell level. There's a trophy for that though.

Then the game is probably not for you, and there's nothing wrong with that. For damn sure don't buy it before June when all the single player content is out.
But even then, it's sparse compared to something like MKX with the living towers, Krypt etc. in addition to it's story mode.
SF has just never really catered much to the single player crowd compared to some other fighting game franchises, and they seem to be doubling down on that with SFV and more focus on e-sports.

Absolutely true. But I doubt anyone sees a character like Laura as anything else than a walking pair of tits.
I think she's a really fun mix up character with some cool options but if people wanna just judge the entire character by their design they're more than free to do so

Is it just easy and normal? Some of those harder ones are 50 fights.

Well, that's the point. They're not judging the entire character, they're purely discussing aesthetic fanservice in this game vs. others. Laura's gameplay has nothing to do with the conversation.

The living towers and story mode were decent in MKX, but thank god there's nothing like the Krypt. That was a horrible chore.
So how many fights are there in normal and hard? and how difficult is the AI?

You can only unlock the colors doing survival mode. So say you do Survival Mode (Easy) for Ryu. It'll only unlock Color 3 for Ryu. Not sure if you'll need to do this for the alternate costumes too. But I do know that each Survival level has a specific color set it unlocks. If you decided to skip Easy Survival and do Normal Survival, you wouldn't unlock color 3.
What you unlock (colors, titles, fight money) is all tied to your Fighter ID. I'd unlocked several colors, but when the server reset and I had to re-register my Fighter ID, everything I'd unlocked was gone. Hope this helps!
EDIT: There's levels beyond Easy and Normal. I think Hard (50 fights) unlocks 7, 8, 9, and 10. Hell (100 Fights) will give you a special title.

I thought I chose delivery when I pre-order on best buy.com last year but I went with in-store pick up. It doesn't look like they are doing midnight releases and my schedule will make picking it up tomorrow probably impossible so I might be without it for a couple day. This sucks

Thanks for this too. So many great and helpful posts in this thread, that I am bookmarking. I'll do my best to become a competent Street Fighter player.
I'm actually surprised at how many of the characters I like in the roster. I could never get into Street Fighter, partially because of the designs, but I really like Nash, Ken, Rashid, Dhalsim, Fang, Vega, Cammy, Necalli, Karin and Ryu. That's like, almost the whole cast lol. I just need my Sean. And Poison, Juri and C. Viper.
Also, I have decided on my CFN name, so hopefully the game actually turns up tomorrow. If it isn't here by 5, I'll head out and buy a copy in the store myself.
