Why are your tattoos all upside down?
They are meant to face my direction. Otherwise they would be upside down when I play games or work or hold the railings of a bus ;P

HAHAHAHA
I knew this would be a follow-up to the shirt thread.
Reminds me of that scene in "Fanboys" where Seth Rogen's character was so hyped for episode 1 that he got a Jar Jar tattooGetting a tattoo of a game that isn't released yet seems like a not-good idea. As much as one might have liked the TLOU, or felt an affinity for Ellie, you don't know how the character has changed, will develop or how you'll feel about her.
Sabrewulf from Killer Instinct makes for a mean-looking tattoo.

Edit: This one of Mr Saturn seems pretty awesome too.

Well that's upside down. There's no personal opinion in it, it's just wrong.
Source: own a tattoo studio.
The second I saw it I knew it would finally dethrone the triforce as the most basic tattoo in gamer culture. I mean it would be subtle...If it wasn't one of the most anticipated game in years.Ellie's tattoo is already really popular
Honestly thinking of getting this just in black on my wrist. Without the text obviously.
jesus fucking christ
Wow people have serious issues to be recognized as a gamer ?
Are you all embarresed of your hobby ? Serious question.
It's just a fun hobby, not something the defines me as a person. I don't need the whole world to identify me as a "Gamer" by getting tattoos of game stuff. Also, a lot of the times game art just isn't good out of context, like inked on a person.

Not gaming.... But this thread has inspired me to get another star wars tattoo... So I'm at the studio now.
For when you want Ryu, Popeye, Bruce Lee or whatever masturbating you.
To be fair, there are more Star Wars games than Star Wars movies.
It blows my mind that every time a thread like this is posted, there's a decent amount of replies who don't get that it's a joke. How?
What joke?
The subtlety to it comes from the fact that I'm a gemini. This image can easily be looked at as the duality aspect of that horoscope sign. Or if you are a gamer, you will know this is from Persona.
This one I like. It had more thought go into it than whacking a triforce on your arm, plus in contrast to most of the thread it is actually subtle for a game-related tattoo. Here's my subtle gaming tattoo.
It's the Soundstone theme from Earthbound.
This one is acceptable if you don't have the writing. It's still borderline "edgy" to get the mark of an assassin guild from a game tattooed on you, but it's your body.I'll probably do the "We know" mark on my lower left arm at some point this or next year.
