Most of the characters are pretty likeable(even Louise) but I absolutely can't stand

There really is no better plotted multi-season serialized TV show. It's incredible that JMS was able to make everything work, despite the production issues such as actor switches that inevitably arose.

What amazes me the most is that he even had a backup plan if Season 5 never happened. The Deconstruction of Falling Stars would have made for a fine series finale even if he never got to tie the rest of the stuff up with the final planned season. And yet he STILL got to do it anyway. It's crazy luck + really good long term planning.

This is the story of Claes, and her grumpy, crotchety handler.
It's a pretty bittersweet episode. The show continues to live in this dark place between following one's morals and doing one's job. There's really no place for heroes.
There's one thing about this episode I'd like to clarify.
After your 3-episode deep summary of the show consisted of, "It's about a kid hitting people with a bat," I knew to expect the worst.
Did you ever wonder why they were spending all this time on the victims?
This is the story of Claes, and her grumpy, crotchety handler.
Though it's not a very active scene, I liked this moment of fishing. There are some small touches that bring across how invigorating an experience it is for Claes.
It's a pretty bittersweet episode. The show continues to live in this dark place between following one's morals and doing one's job. There's really no place for heroes.
It was pretty tough watching what happened to Claes after her handler disappeared.
There's one thing about this episode I'd like to clarify.
When Claes's handler was on the phone with the police, was he arranging for his death to be faked, or for them to actually off him? I assume the former, but the show (wisely) doesn't tell either way.

The series is indeed about economics/supply+demand/distribution, that staff seems like it could be a good fit!

I consider mecha to be it's own separate thing from space anime, so no, not really.
I actually like SEED...minus Flay. Destiny is where I have a lot of issues.
Man, Aniplex is really going all out for Magi,though I don't agree with shoving of Mor for Judal.Aniplex and Magi are ready for Comiket tomorrow, the question is, are you?
