Winter is looking more interesting than it usually does, what with continuing shows like Kill la Kill and Samurai Flamenco, plus new shows like the above (especially interested to see who ends up working on Nobunagun) as well as Robot Girls Z and probably Wizard Barristers. I heard that Atsuko Ishizuka was directing a Madhouse show starting in January; curious to see what that ends up being.

That's the main reason I'm not that hyped for Kanata. Visually it looks very good and it seems they're going for rock for the OST which could be a lot of fun.

I think I saw Stump once say he used his ignore list extensively as a regular member but had to stop when he became a mod because otherwise he might miss bannable offenses and stuff.

In a way, this is basically a companion to the K-On!! arc (and not just because Fu is Azu-cat), inasmuch as you have a girl who is worried about graduating not because she will leave her friends behind, but because she will be graduating alone and has no idea what she will do. As much as I find high school stories rote now, leave it to SatoJun to make it interesting and turn in a great story about graduation anxiety.
