helloYou're confusing me with TUSR.
Love the bit when Tomoya, Nagisa and her family come together and Nagisa drink for the 1st time and what happen next is funny to watch.
There should be a deconstruction alarm.
Mm, nuh-uh. That word is bait.
(Too lazy to post Fury Road gif)
I saw your tweets, dont lie.
Oh yes a beach episode and it was fun. Yusuke being afraid of the fish was a great part as well as the relay. Hiro for best performance.
Did I just miss it or did Re:ZERO not get any hype before it aired? Shows like One Punch Man, My Hero Academia, and Mob Pyscho get hyped so much before they air because of the source material and I can't recall that happening with Re:ZERO. Kinda seems to have blown up because of the anime.
Re:Zero is a better LN adaption then most, but then again most LN adaptions tend to be shit. Really I can only call Re:Zero decent since no matter how hard it tries, it goes back to relying on the troupes and cliches that all LN's of this type have.
How much more are you going to watch today? Oh goodness.. I might have to watch along with you once you hit that episode…
Yes, this scene was hilarious
Oh goodness, I'm getting all @#$%@%@% @# @%@ over here. I'm just going to listen to the OST for a bit...
The only show of those that I would say blew up is OPM.
I am watching quickly as I didn't watch much for few days during the weekend and want to get the entire series down by the end of this month (this also include the movie and ova). Also, it's slow day here on my side so....why not try to finish something I need to get done now when they is downtime. Still....I am watching this show very too quick here.
I still don't get the whole fascination with Rem. She's no better than a cardboard, she just has a lot of screen time. And there's Ram, who is a far better character and a lot more fun.
Those 3 guys on that second screenshot of yours DTL look like they are malnourished.
Think of the bishounens.Wow rude. Pls no thin-shaming.

Only the guy on the left actually look malnourished or too-thin. The others are fine. Those 3 guys on that second screenshot of yours DTL look like they are malnourished.
I think your underestimating MHA a little bit here. It was a huge hit with the more "casual" anime viewer here and there will probably be a lot of angry AnimeGAF community members angry when it gets so much praise in the AOTY voting. JoJo will probably be at #1 and I wouldn't be surprised if Berzerk found it's way up there considering how strong of a community following that show has, lol.
Good deal, you're over halfway done already, and, well, yeah, just keep watching at your own pace.
Maybe, but my point was more there was a lot of discussion about those shows before they even aired because of how good the source material was for each of them and people were excited to see them animated, and I was surprised there was hardly anything on Re:ZERO before it aired considering how messed up and shocking some of the stuff that happens in it is. Maybe the LNs for it aren't that popular I guess? I mean even stuff like Orange (not familiar with the source material so maybe it's really popular, I don't know) ReLife, Twin Star and so on were talked about before they aired but I genuinely can't remember seeing anything about Re:ZERO. We're now at a point where there are billboards going up hyping a single episode, and posters on various sites are losing their shit over what's going to happen in the next few episodes etc, just think it's surprising compared to how mutedThe only show of those that I would say blew up is OPM.
Well from the perspective of someone who isn't watching it yet, the show looks trash. Like straight up garbage. Pandering designs, vanilla LN protag, premise we've all heard a million times before. It's not suprising at all people wrote it off.Maybe, but my point was more there was a lot of discussion about those shows before they even aired because of how good the source material was for each of them and people were excited to see them animated, and I was surprised there was hardly anything on Re:ZERO before it aired considering how messed up and shocking some of the stuff that happens in it is. A couple things I liked more in 2003 version than Brotherhood...
I loved how the homonculous had a personal connection to the main players.
It made their confrontations have that much more weight to it.
I'm a fan of the more cinematic tone/look (bigger budget?) of the 03 series, than the manga sketch-look brotherhood had.
Don't get me wrong, Brotherhood had it's cool and epic moments especially with the new material, but I was let down when Brotherhoods version took a hit quality wise when compared to the previous version
FMA03 compared to FMAB
This was such an epic encounter that had a lot of weight in the 03 version, but in Brotherhood, it just felt like a random battle.
But overall I enjoyed Brotherhood slightly more because of the overall story and how they wrapped it up in the end.
If I remember correctly my psycho pass movie came with a code. I don't think the tv series do tho.Do Funimation TV series releases include digital codes these days?
Don't buy anything besides movies, but this might make me change my stance.
Got a mail saying Code Geass will.

Macross Plus 1
Wow, so that's what old anime is like, every character is an asshole.
Hey man. Been an asshole character mean you're a cool character in the late 90s. Either way, go watch the OVA and then pop the movie version. Both different a bit of how it tell the story.
Think of the bishounens.
Another Macross, another retelling I should watch. ;_;
I don't say it's the worst but it have some flaws when they do change certain stuff. I would say the one change near the end of the movie might be worth seeing as it kinda help one of the character development a bit. Still, as a movie, you kinda have to squeeze the 4 episode under 1 movie which always mean, quite a bit of stuff will need to be remove. Still, I am okay for both for different reason.Reminds me that I never watched the Macross Plus movie. I heard it was the worse version and never bothered in the end.
The introduction of the episode is funny to watch. Both don't want to be call what they're officially are.......dad....and son. I wonder if it's the same feeling when we get married.....still, fun to see the act for it.
You might want to spoiler some of this lol.
Oh well, best part is we get this gif:
Oh goodness..
Another one of my favorite moments is in the next episode, so much more behind it as well.. Dammit, I gotta watch it now as well.
Well for Macross Plus, they is the two version. The reason for the movie is mostly come down to adding few new scenes which you didn't see in the OVA, change certain scene to make the pacing more better, and fix the ending a bit which people have issue in the OVA. I will stop there as I don't want to ruin it for you. Did watch both and both have they up and down.
Also, I stick in the old Macross show up to Macross 7 which I don't even watch. Don't know if I should even look into it at all right now.

I did say they is spoilers in my impression of each episode when I started it. I guess if you never watch the show yet, better don't read the episode impression and literally go to my impression of the entire show which give you a very quick idea of what I feel. I am actually watching a bit of Ep 15 at the beginning but I will stop now as I am watching at a crazy pace today (6 episodes as of now). I will watch some tomorrow and we can go from there. Man....just 9 more episodes to go now till I finish this season....

Now that I think about it, did DR2 explain how he managed to apprehend all the Remnants to Despair? Like, the psychical act.
I've only seen Re:Zero through thread posts but it didn't seem to take the situations and tropes of its genre and apply consequences that, while not likely in reality, were exaggerated reactions based on regular morals and values as School Days did with Harem Visual Novels. Re:Zero seems like a regular LN story with a darker twist rather than trying to reflect the genre or subgenre in a satirical way, though perhaps I'm mistaken on that. The impression I've gotten from reactions to Re:Zero is that one of the big reasons it has such a following is because it's viewed as a subversion of the typical LN harem formula - as in, the main character suffers and is killed again and again instead of happily being sexed up by all the girls.
You're being Twitter stalked by evil mofus, Sabre.
#bishounenisbeautiful
"Hey Naegi! What should we do with this guy who looks like an evil version of you?"Yeah, they turned themselves in as surviving students and the FF(or maybe just Naegi's branch) didn't realize who they really were until later. But going by this anime this may have been retconned.
