Just got the game for Christmas.
....Am I in for a treat, GAF?
I loved thatin flower world. These levels are all remixes, but they're pretty well done. That dark piranha level will be a bitch to get all stars on.trollish mystery house
Haven't played the NSMB Wii (U) games yet, but is this the biggest Mario game? Sure seems that way
Need more Mystery Houses or some DLCYeah, I just got to that.

Anyone else want them to sit down and make a platformer based on this co-op/competitive style? I don't it works nearly as well as it should.
with friends is a nightmare as are levels with panels that flip every jump.Champion's Road
Indeed they are.Got this for Christmas from my Mum and I can totally understand why that reviewer said that the game made it look like everyone has been doing HD wrong. I thought it was hyperbolic at first but the visuals in this game are jaw dropping.
So now a question for the 100% people, I noticedI'm missing the five character portrait stamps, I assume you get these by beating every level with every character?
Been playing the game for the last couple of days and it's incredible, it feels so full and interactive, exactly how a Mario game should be. The only thing I may complain about is how short the levels are but there's quite a lot of them so it kind of makes up for it.
I would love to see Nintendo make a true sequel to Mario 64 using the 3D World engine.
Finally made it toCrown World - Champions Road
There is no way. I actually feel a bit intimidated. Is this like a survival horror for my mechanical skills :^/

What reason is there to get all the gold flag poles?
You need all those as well as all stars and stamps to unlock the final world. What reason is there to get all the gold flag poles?
It's actually not as difficult as Special 8-Crown on Super Mario 3D Land -- but it's still very difficult.
So anyone got any tips for the TRUE final level... the one that makes you feel like a champion upon completion?

I fell ashamed to say I only beat this level using a tanooki suit when I died I closed the game and opend it again.
I've died about a good 30 times with almost no progress made lol
I found it much harder.
No one in the hate thread is answering my question, so.
If I were playing through this game with the pro controller (which is my plan), how do touch and microphone parts work?
Maybe I misunderstand how the pro controller works then. Can I play with two players, one on a gamepad and one on the pro controller? I was planning on buying a Wind Waker bundle, 3DW, and a pro controller so I could play two-player.You need to switch to the gamepad

And she'll just do all the waggling? Okay, cool. Thanks, all! (may end up buying another controller anyway)Yes, player one will use the gamepad, player two will use the pro controller.
