Despite trying to make the levels challenging, but not overly so I still seem to have a completion rate of around 15-25%, which seems low to me. Perhaps I need to make them easier?

So I made a level I plan to try and get my friend to play. Anyone mind trying it make sure it isn't too hard? I tried to be fair, and included multiple paths that reward you. Also 3 1-ups to find.

Heh was playing through yours already. I like the use of decoration with the vines and such. Not sure how you're suppose to get to that warp pipe. I will say the final section is frustrating since it's really easy to die there and the finish is right in sight. Not really a bad thing, except the level itself seems to requires a lot of patience, and it sucks to go cautiously throughout the stage then die to some meatboy stuff.

The blooper part is suppose to be tough, there's a hidden star in the end of the warp section that negates that whole section. I should make it visible.
Still finishing yours, but so far - I'd say some points are pretty tough - the blooper section can be super tricky, and they follow you afterwards into other sections. Outside flames from Bowser are a pain in the vertical segment because they're in a blind spot. I'd also add some sign for the invisible block at the start.
The warp pipe is pretty tricky to get - there's a vine that leads you to it hidden (there is a hint on the map though). As for the final segment, I went back and forth in putting it. I didn't have a lot of trouble in my attempts but they were also close calls.
I may drop the lower saws to give more leeway but there is a vine you can grab if you wanna skip that section.
I made my first level- I tried to make something like bopopolis from donkey kong but maybe it's a bit too hard and random

Never expected the block limit to get in the way but trying to make visually pleasing levels is being super hard. Wish it was higher.
Thanks so much for playing! That's a good point about that last jump. I might change it to make that less hazardous, although I never died there in testing. Do you think the level is long enough? It's a shame you can't expand middle portions of the level.

Turbo Tunnel:

I tried to emulate the rappelling bit of the level by placing a vine, you need to wait a bit at first so the vine goes up there are 3 sections of "descending" and then the actual turbo tunnel.
For the second rappelling section it helps if you kill the first koopa while kicking your buzzy beetle

I really should go back to the concept. 'Twas my first level and the first batch of objects alone didn't inspire much creativity.A bit Tedious, nice gimmick tho.
